The present invention relates to a blow molding device including: a heating unit which is configured to heat a molding material; and molds between which the molding material is loaded and molded, in which the heating unit includes: an infrared lamp configured to emit infrared rays, a reflective mirror configured to concentrate the infrared rays emitted from the infrared lamp; and a light transmitting body configured to transmit the infrared rays concentrated by the reflective mirror to the molding material, and in which the molds mold the molding material by using gas pressures applied to surfaces of the molding material heated to a predetermined temperature by the infrared rays transmitted from the light transmitting body.

The present disclosure discloses a device and a method for forming a metal plate by using a high-energy electric pulse to drive an energetic material. The device includes high-energy pulse discharge equipment, an intelligent robot arm control system, a vacuum pumping device, a hydraulic press, a forming die, positive and negative electrodes, an energetic rod, and liquid supply equipment. According to the present disclosure, energy of a metal wire is added to energy of an energetic material after energy release to implement high-rate forming of the plate. A discharge voltage of the high-energy pulse discharge equipment is reduced and a service life thereof is prolonged. The discharge equipment is triggered by the manufactured small-size electric pulse metal wire, thereby reducing a volume and costs of the equipment and miniaturizing the equipment to implement precise operating, forming, and intelligent integration with the robot arm control system.

A metal hollow semi-finished-product with at least one opening is heated to a forming temperature and placed into a cavity, whose shape corresponds to the desired final external shape of the hollow object. Then the cavity is sealed and water and/or steam is introduced therein. After the final shape of the semi-finished-product is achieved, the semi-finished-product is removed. The cavity is formed by a split mould, whose opening's entry edge has an expanded portion, against which a sealing feature is oriented. The outer surface of the sealing feature is arranged to close against this expanded portion. The sealing feature is also provided with a means of supply of water and/or steam, and a tube through which the water and/or steam is supplied. This tube extends into the interior space of the semi-finished-product, and can be provided with nozzles.

A method for quick forming of a metal sheet. In an embodiment, the method includes the following steps: placing a metal sheet blank to be formed on a forming mold; introducing high-pressure gases with equal pressures simultaneously into upper and lower enclosed cavities respectively formed by the metal sheet blank and the sealing mold, and the metal sheet blank and the forming mold; heating the metal sheet blank to a preset forming temperature condition; quickly releasing the high-pressure gas from the cavity formed by the metal sheet blank and the forming mold, such that the metal sheet blank bulges; and discharging the gas from the cavity formed by the metal sheet blank and the sealing mold, and opening the mold to obtain a formed metal sheet part.
