Provided is a forming system that expands and deforms a metal material to perform forming, the forming system including: a forming device that performs the forming; and at least one transport device that transports the metal material, in which the transport device transports the metal material to the forming device in a held state, in a case where a pretreatment device that performs pretreatment for the forming is present, the transport device transports the metal material to the pretreatment device in a held state, and during a period from a transport process in which the metal material is transported to any of devices by the transport device to a treatment process performed by any of the devices, at least one of the transport device and any of the devices continues holding the metal material.

HOLLOW BODY MOLDING AID AND MOLDING METHOD
The hollow body molding aid includes a body, a connector, a first profiling assembly, a second profiling assembly, and a positioning mechanism. The connector is fixedly connected to the body. The first profiling assembly is fixedly disposed on one side of the body and is configured to position one half of a reinforced housing. The second profiling assembly is fixedly disposed on the other side of the body and is configured to position the other half of the reinforced housing. The positioning mechanism is disposed on the first profiling assembly and the second profiling assembly. The reinforced housing can be positioned, thus guaranteeing molding quality of the reinforced housing and blanks. In addition, the reinforced housing can be accurately positioned in a cavity of a mold through a manipulator, without the need to use a plurality of air cylinders for step-by-step driving.

The hollow body molding aid includes a body, a connector, a first profiling assembly, a second profiling assembly, and a positioning mechanism. The connector is fixedly connected to the body. The first profiling assembly is fixedly disposed on one side of the body and is configured to position one half of a reinforced housing. The second profiling assembly is fixedly disposed on the other side of the body and is configured to position the other half of the reinforced housing. The positioning mechanism is disposed on the first profiling assembly and the second profiling assembly. The reinforced housing can be positioned, thus guaranteeing molding quality of the reinforced housing and blanks. In addition, the reinforced housing can be accurately positioned in a cavity of a mold through a manipulator, without the need to use a plurality of air cylinders for step-by-step driving.
MOLDING DEVICE AND METAL PIPE
A forming device forms a metal pipe with a flange and includes a forming tool that forms the metal pipe, in which the forming tool includes a first die and a second die facing each other in a first direction in a cross-sectional view, and a third die disposed on at least one side of a metal pipe material in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and at least one of the first die and the second die is divided in the second direction and sandwiches a part of the metal pipe material in the second direction to form a flange portion.
