characterised in that optionally the spacer sleeve or the die is held to the cylinder by first magnetic means.

Hydraulic tool for a pulling and/or pressing device

Hydraulic tool for driving a pulling and/or pressing device, comprising a drive shaft that can be mounted to a screwdriver, wherein the drive shaft is operable to drive a hydraulic pump that pumps hydraulic fluid into the operating chamber of a hydraulic power piston. The hydraulic tool may in particular be configured as a riveting or punching attachment for a cordless screwdriver.

Draw stud connector

A draw stud connector, for use on a punch driver, includes a draw stud having a first end. The draw stud connector also includes a body defining an axis therethrough, the body forming a cavity having an open end, and a wedge at least partially positioned within the cavity and moveable with respect to the body both axially and radially. The wedge allows the first end of the draw stud to move axially into the cavity but does not permit axial removal of the first end of the draw stud from the cavity.

Knife Gate Valve Liner

A hand-held knockout driver includes a main housing having a handle portion, a motor positioned within the main housing, a pump assembly driven by the motor, and a secondary housing coupled to the main housing and defining a bore therein. The hand-held knockout driver also includes a working piston moveable within the bore from a rest position to an actuated position to define a piston throw distance therebetween. The hand-held knockout driver also includes a draw stud coupled to the working piston, a die coupled to the secondary housing, and a punch coupled to the draw stud opposite the working piston for movement therewith relative to the die. The die has a depth greater than the piston throw distance.

Punch assemblies and universal punch therefor

A punch tip design configured to be universal in its application with wide varieties of punch assemblies, and various punch body designs from which universal application of the punch tip is exemplified. In some cases, ancillary components used with the various punch body designs enhance ease by which the operator can selectively manipulate the same for alternately securing or releasing the punch tip.

A punch system for producing pilot holes through standing seam type roofing includes a punch having a striking end and a tip portion; and a punch guide that directs and controls action of the punch. The punch guide has an alignment member sized and shaped to conform to a raised rib portion of the standing seam type roofing; a tubular member affixed to the alignment member; and a force controlling mechanism contained within the tubular member and further including a punch centering sleeve, a plurality of spacers and a spring. The spacers set a stroke length for punch and sharpening of the punch is accommodated by rearrangement of the spacers.

Quick connect mechanism for a draw stud assembly

An apparatus for creating holes in a workpiece includes a knockout punch tool having a movable piston. The apparatus also includes a draw stud assembly having a connector attachable to the movable piston, a draw stud, and a quick connect mechanism including mating first and second thread segments on the connector and the draw stud, respectively. The connector and the draw stud are movable between a first relative orientation where the mating first and second thread segments are misaligned to permit axial movement between the connector and the draw stud, and a second relative orientation where the mating first and second thread segments are aligned and engaged to inhibit axial movement between the connector and the draw stud.

Protrusion molding device, protrusion molding method, and molded article

Provided are a protrusion forming device, a protrusion forming method, and a formed article, with which a height equal to or greater than the plate thickness is possible, the edges are sharp, and cracking can be prevented. This protrusion forming device is characterized by being equipped with a die unit provided with a die hole, and a punch unit having a large punch part with a size such that this part cannot be inserted into the die hole, and a small punch part that protrudes from the large punch part toward the die unit and can be inserted into the die hole, and characterized in that the workpiece is deformed by pressing a portion of the workpiece arranged between the die unit and the punch unit toward the die unit by means of the punch unit, thereby forming a protrusion.
