Provided is a rolling straightening machine which enables outer-diameter-reducing rolling and straightening rolling of a pipe or tube material or a bar material at high speed with high accuracy. The rolling straightening machine includes at least two rollers arranged across a pass line of a pipe or tube material or a bar material, the at least two rollers having a gap therebetween, the gap being defined by an outer-diameter-reducing rolling portion having a diameter reduced from an upstream side toward a downstream side in the rolling straightening machine and a straightening rolling portion continuous from an exit side of the outer-diameter-reducing rolling portion toward a downstream side of the rolling straightening machine, the rollers having shapes which are symmetrical about the pass line in the outer-diameter-reducing rolling portion, and in the straightening rolling portion, asymmetrical to the pass line in the outer-diameter-reducing rolling portion.

Pipe straightener
The present invention provides a pipe straightener, which consists of three roller wheel units and a restraining sleeve, wherein each of the roller wheel units is juxtaposed, and the roller wheel units enclose and are configured to form a long straight-formed passageway. The passageway is used to enable metal pipes to pass therethrough. The restraining sleeve encloses and covers each of the roller wheel units, thereby restraining each of the roller wheel units. Each of the roller wheel units is mainly structured from a wheel carrier and a plurality of roller wheels. One side of the wheel carrier is a first side, and the other side is a second side. The first side is adjacent to the passageway, and the second side is adjacent to the restraining sleeve.
Pipe straightener
The present invention provides a pipe straightener, which consists of three roller wheel units and a restraining sleeve, wherein each of the roller wheel units is juxtaposed, and the roller wheel units enclose and are configured to form a long straight-formed passageway. The passageway is used to enable metal pipes to pass therethrough. The restraining sleeve encloses and covers each of the roller wheel units, thereby restraining each of the roller wheel units. Each of the roller wheel units is mainly structured from a wheel carrier and a plurality of roller wheels. One side of the wheel carrier is a first side, and the other side is a second side. The first side is adjacent to the passageway, and the second side is adjacent to the restraining sleeve.
Wire straightening solution for bulk packaging
A configuration and method for straightening a wire as the wire pays off from a bulk package. A bulk package hat is configured to be positioned over an opened bulk package containing wire bent in a helix shape. A bearing assembly is mounted inside the bulk package hat at a position where the wire exits the bulk package hat as the wire pays off from the bulk package. A wire straightening device has a plurality of rollers and only one single plane of straightening, and is configured to apply a counter bend to the wire as the wire pays off from the bulk package through the wire straightening device. The wire straightening device is operatively connected to the bearing assembly at an angle inside the bulk package hat. The bearing assembly and the single plane of straightening rotate, continually realigning with a current direction of the wire as it pays off.
