Provided is a plate material feeding device that can achieve reduced power consumption, improve durability, and supply plate material with high precision. A plate material feeding device is provided with a housing, a lower roll, an upper roll, a lower roll support member for supporting the lower roll, an upper roll support member for supporting the upper roll, and a slider movable in the horizontal direction along the upper roll support member, and can feed plate material clamped by the lower roll and the upper roll. A hole is provided in the slider, and a rod is provided in the upper roll support member. By inserting at least part of the rod in the hole in a slidable manner, the upper roll support member can move in the vertical direction when the slider moves in the horizontal direction.

Method of aligning a flat or profiled metal sheet
A method of aligning a flat or profiled metal sheet with preformed notches on the two sides of the metal sheet when the sheet enters into a bender or folding machine directly from a roll forming machine linked or joined to the folder. The metal sheet has to be effectively aligned on the folder before folding to avoid potential damages to the metal sheet of not being properly squared or angled on bending while reducing the times to produce the folded products. Moreover, this method according to the invention allows the metal sheet to feed directly into the folder from the rollformer without having to pass through an intermediary transfer table or aligning device/machine before entering the folder for folding or manual alignment in the folder.
CONTROL DEVICE FOR PLATE FEEDING DEVICE
Provided is a control device for a plate feeding device with which the amount of a plate transported to a processing device by the plate feeding device can be measured with high accuracy. This control device for a plate feeding device includes: a control unit that controls the rotation of a first roll and a second roll of the plate feeding device; a transmission unit that transmits an electromagnetic wave toward a plate; and a transmission unit that transmits the electromagnetic wave toward the plate, wherein the control unit measures the transport speed of the plate during a predetermined period on the basis of the frequency of the electromagnetic wave received by the reception unit, and measures the transport amount of the plate on the basis of the transport speed.
PRESS MACHINE
A press machine includes upper and lower crankshafts having the same amount of eccentricity and driven in opposite directions with a phase difference of 180 degrees, a slide and a bolster rotatably connected to eccentric parts of the upper and lower crankshafts, respectively, a parallel maintaining mechanism configured to maintain a parallelism between the slide and the bolster, and a clamp mechanism including an upper clamp attached to the slide and a lower clamp attached to the bolster. The slide and the bolster move toward/away from each other and advance/retreat together along a feed direction of a material in accordance with rotational driving of the upper and lower crankshafts. The clamp mechanism clamps the material when the slide and the bolster move toward each other and unclamps the material forwardly fed while being clamped when the slide and the bolster move away from each other.

ROLL FEED WITH TUBE ROLL AND SIMPLIFIED MOUNTING/DISMOUNTING
A roll feed includes a base body, a first tube roll having a rolling surface and a first bearing shaft, wherein the base body is configured to support the first tube roll and the first bearing shaft. The first bearing shaft and the first tube roll are configured to be detachably connected to each other for a rotationally fixed connection, wherein the base body is configured such that the first tube roll can be removed from the base body in an axial direction, wherein the axial direction is substantially parallel to an axis of rotation of the first tube roll.
ALLOY PLATE MATERIAL SUPPLYING DEVICE AND CAN FORMING DEVICE
A lubricator 2 supplies an unwound coil material as an alloy plate material 11 to a metal beverage can production line for forming the alloy plate material 11 into a metal beverage can. The lubricator 2 includes: a felt roll 21 configured to contain lubricating oil in a first outer circumferential section, a felt roll 22 with a second outer circumferential section, a plate material lift configured to switch between a first state in which the alloy plate material 11 contacts the first outer circumferential section of the felt roll 21 and the second outer circumferential section of the felt roll 22, and the first outer circumferential section and/or the second outer circumferential section apply the lubricating oil to the alloy plate material 11, and a second state in which the felt roll 21 and/or the felt roll 22 applying the lubricating oil in the first state are idly rotatable by separating from the alloy plate material 11, and an air receiving section configured to apply a driving force to the idly rotatable felt roll 21 and/or the idly rotatable felt roll 22 in the second state as switched by the plate material lift.

It is configured such that, for performing variable engravement for each formed object on a coil material to be fed to a press machine for molding a part of a can, a formed object with an engravement can be molded at a high productivity. A laser engraving device is a device for performing laser engraving on a coil material to be fed to a press machine for molding a part of a can, and includes a feeding mechanism for deeding a coil material at a predetermined speed, a laser head for irradiating the coil material fed at the predetermined speed with a laser beam, and performing engravement for each formed object, and a data communication unit for switching engraving data of the laser head. The data communication unit collectively switches a plurality of engraving data to be subjected to engravement on a plurality of formed objects, and the laser head continuously performs engravement of the plurality of engraving data on predetermined positions of the coil material.

Provided are a flat-member-feeding device with which it is possible to reduce power consumption and quickly supply a flat member, and a method for manufacturing the flat-member-feeding device. A method for attaching a motor for rotating a downstream roll to a flat-member-feeding device, the motor being provided with a hollow and substantially cylindrical stator and a hollow and substantially cylindrical rotor that is disposed in the space within the stator, includes: a step for disposing a sleeve so as to occupy part of the space inside the rotor, and mounting the sleeve on the rotor such that one end of the rotor is supported by one end of the sleeve and the other end of the rotor is supported by the other end of the sleeve; and a step for mounting the sleeve on a downstream roll shaft to which the downstream roll is fixed, and attaching the motor to the flat-member-feeding device.
