Adjustable stopper assembly for press brake
The present disclosure provides for a reversible and adjustable stopper assembly comprised of an upper frame, L-bracket, connector portion and stopping member. The stopper can be configured to be secured to at least two main types of press brakes. The stopping portion of the stopper is also reversible, allowing for less sheet metal to be inserted into the press brake, if desired. The stopper assembly can be slid in a horizontal manner, relative to the press brake to preserve the measurement of the sheet metal from one end of the press brake to the other.
BENDING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME
In a bending system and a method for using the same, the bending system includes a bending robot provided between a press brake and a predetermined setting area that is arranged in front of the press brake to assist in bending a workpiece. The bending robot includes a robot hand for holding the workpiece on a pallet that is set in the predetermined setting area. An image pickup unit, which picks up an image of the workpiece on the pallet from an oblique upper direction, is provided above and anterior to the predetermined setting area (SA). A first illumination unit, which illuminates an image pickup area of the image pickup unit, is erected on a left front side of the predetermined setting area. A second illumination stand, which illuminates the image pickup area of the image pickup unit, is erected on a right front side of the predetermined setting area.
BENDING TOOL HAVING A LONGITUDINAL-OFFSET MEASURING DEVICE
The invention relates to a lower tool (1) having a longitudinal-offset measuring device (2), which lower tool (1) is part of a bending tool arrangement for use in a bending press. The lower tool (1) has a tool body (3) having a longitudinal extension (4), in which longitudinal extension (4) a bending recess (5) is provided. The bending recess (5) extends from an upper flat side (6) of the tool body (3) into the latter and is formed at least by two contact surfaces (7). The transition from the upper flat side (6) into the bending recess (5) forms a contact edge (8), which contact edge (8) forms a contact line (9) in the longitudinal extension (4). A sensor (10) for determining a longitudinal offset (18) is arranged in the region of the contact line (9), wherein a sensing portion (11) of the sensor (10) is oriented in the direction of a metal sheet (16) to be bent.
PUNCH HOLDER WITH REPLACEABLE RADIUS TIPS
A press brake system that utilizes a punch holder adapted to be used with punch chips of various radii to achieve the desired bend on a part. The system maintains a common shut height enabling the press brake operator to be able to put different radius tip punches next to each other in a single press brake tooling setup.

A metal-cutting machine for flat material parts comprises metal-cutting tools (21, 22, 23), held on a machine frame, and a support unit (10), on which a flat material part to be machined can be placed for a positioning in the metal-cutting machine. The support unit comprises a feed table (10), which is clamped remote from the beams and on one side about a pivot axis that is pivotable parallel to the beam orientation (39) and the free end (26) of which feed table in the parking position rests on a support surface (27) assigned to the lower beam (21), which support surface is connected via a sliding surface (28) to the top side (29) of the lower beam (21). The clamped end (36) of the feed table (10) is here movable by means of a drive (40), in the direction of extension (45), into its loading and removal position, wherein the bottom edge (25) of the feed table slides from the support surface (27) over the sliding surface (28) and beyond the top side (29) of the lower beam, and the top side (29) forms the support for the bottom side (16) of the feed table (10) in the loading and removal position for a flat material part.

A method for manufacturing a product includes placing a processing target material on a die, bringing a first punch into contact with the processing target material placed on the die, and bending the processing target material by pressing the processing target material by the first punch. The bringing the first punch into contact with the processing target material placed on the die includes bringing two pressing portions of the first punch into contact with two first groove portions of the processing target material and bringing a recess portion of the first punch into contact with a projection portion of the processing target material.
Bending machine having a bending information display device
A bending machine with a bending information display apparatus has a machine frame, a longitudinally extended, fixed machine table, and a longitudinally extended press beam. The longitudinal expanse and the press beam movement direction define a working plane. An insertion plane essentially normal to the working plane is defined by an upper machine table flat side or a lower tool disposed thereon. The working plane establishes a front working and manipulation space and a closed rear machine space. A projector disposed above the insertion plane in the rear machine space has a light beam path directed away from the insertion plane. A reflector disposed in the working and manipulation space has a first reflective surface pivotable by an angle to the horizontal so that a light beam incident from the projector beam path leaves the first reflective surface as a departing light beam toward the insertion plane.
