Method for producing motor vehicle door locks with a rolling surface as a locking part contour
The invention relates to a method for producing motor vehicle door locks with the locking parts: a rotary latch and a pawl. Said latch and the pawl are stamped from rolled sheet metal defining vertical or approximately vertical edges with corresponding latch surfaces on the rotary latch and the pawl, and subsequently are provided with a covering while maintaining the catch surfaces. After stamping, the locking parts are bent in the region of the main latch and/or another latch resulting in the formation a contour which is void of stamped channels, and are then inserted into the lock housing box.

RESTRAINT RESISTANT HANDLE
A door handle pull securable to a surface of a door hinged on one edge thereof, for preventing the securing of lockable items thereto, the door handle pull. The door handle pull comprises a flat door handle grip extending from the door at an acute angle with respect to the door surface and in a direction away from the door surface, the door handle grip having a width tapering from a wider width adjacent the door to a narrower width near a distal end with an edge on the hinge side of the door extending at an acute angle to vertical. The tapered width of the grip and acute angle of the grip edge resists attachment of a locking device to the grip and urges a locking device downward off of the grips as the door is opened and the locking device is tightened.
GUIDE RAIL FOR A PULL-OUT GUIDE FOR A DRAWER
A drawer pull-out guide includes at least one guide rail. The guide rail includes a longitudinally extending first limb and at least one longitudinally extending second limb angled from the first limb, the first limb and the second limb being connected to one another along their longitudinal direction by an angled region. The angled region includes at least one material diminution extending along the angled region and being formed by a recess.
Guide rail of a guidance system, guidance system, method for producing a guide rail and furniture
A guide rail of a guidance system for a push element is provided. The guide rail is formed as a hollow profile enclosed by wall sections of the guide rail. The wall sections comprise a horizontal wall section and two side wall sections. The horizontal wall sections extend parallel and perpendicular to a lengthwise extension of the guide rail, and the side wall section extends parallel and perpendicular to the lengthwise extension of the guide rail. The side wall sections are oriented at an angle to the horizontal wall sections. The horizontal wall sections and the two side wall sections, in a cross section perpendicular to a lengthwise extension of the guide rail, form at least for a portion the three side lines of a triangle, wherein the horizontal wall section defines a distal wall of the hollow profile.

GUIDE RAIL OF A GUIDANCE SYSTEM, GUIDANCE SYSTEM, METHOD FOR PRODUCING A GUIDE RAIL AND FURNITURE
A guide rail of a guidance system for a push element is proposed, wherein the guide rail is formed as a hollow profile enclosed by wall sections of the guide rail, the wall sections comprising a horizontal wall section and two side wall sections, wherein the horizontal wall section extends parallel and perpendicular to a lengthwise extension of the guide rail, and the side wall section extends parallel and perpendicular to the lengthwise extension of the guide rail, wherein the side wall sections are oriented at an angle to the horizontal wall section. According to the invention, the horizontal wall section and the two side wall sections in a cross section perpendicular to a lengthwise extension of the guide rail form at least for a portion the three side lines of a triangle, wherein the horizontal wall section defines a distal wall of the hollow profile.

Method for producing motor vehicle locks with a twisted locking part edge
In order to minimize the sliding friction between the locking parts that is, between the pawl and the rotary latch of a motor vehicle lock, it is advantageous if, during the production process, the different latch surfaces of both locking parts are provided with a stamping contour having straight grooves and with a stamping contour characterized in that the provided grooves are oblique. Said oblique grooves of the latch surface on the pawl are placed in the position indicated in figure such that the entire pawl is twisted about the longitudinal axis thereof. Also, at least two overlapping points are provided between the straight grooves and the oblique grooves such that both of the locking parts come into mutual contact reducing the friction.
