A slider for a slide fastener in which the slider is attached to fastener chains is provided. The slider includes a first member and a second member. The first member includes an upper blade, a lower blade, a guide post connected between the upper blade and the lower blade, and a connecting post protruding from the upper blade. The second member includes a first arm and a second arm separated from each other, is attached to the first member by the first arm and the second arm, and is configured to rotate along an upper-lower direction relative to the first member and around a fulcrum provided on the upper blade or the lower blade. The first member or the second member is provided with a flange. Three or more fit sections are formed between the first member and the second member.

Metallic Fastener Member Having Light Gold Color, and Fastener Provided Therewith
Provided is a metallic fastener member which has a specific color, i.e., a light gold color, and has all of practical strength, unsusceptibility to discoloration, and processability. The metallic fastener member comprises, as the base material, a copper alloy having a composition which contains 1-30 mass % Zn and 1-11 mass % Ni, with the remainder comprising Cu and unavoidable impurities, and has a Vickers hardness of 120 Hv or greater but less than 220 Hv.

The slider assembly is formed in a single die cast operation to include the slider and the pull member being formed simultaneously. Whereby the bridge and pull loop are formed with their full geometric shape and without converging flat surfaces caused by tooling limitations found in the prior art.

A method of manufacturing a cap structure includes providing an initial cap body; placing an elastic piece on an inner surface of the initial cap body; and then punching the initial cap body to form a cap body. The cap structure includes a cap body and an elastic piece. The cap body has at least two first inner concave grooves, at least two first retaining blocks and at least two first through holes. The at least two first inner concave grooves are disposed on the inner surface of the cap body, and the at least two first through holes pass through the cap body. The elastic piece is disposed on the inner surface of the cap body, and the at least two first retaining blocks contact the elastic piece for retaining or abutting the elastic piece.
Method of manufacturing a cap structure
A method of manufacturing a cap structure includes providing an initial cap body; placing an elastic piece on an inner surface of the initial cap body; and then punching the initial cap body to form a cap body. A method of preparing a cut length of slide fastener chain for operational use includes: providing a system that includes first and second machines; providing a cut length of slide fastener chain; introducing a notch to one end of the cut length of slide fastener chain, using the first machine; orienting a slider body onto a positioning device, using the second machine, so that the slider body is in a fixed position; inserting the notched end of the cut length of slide fastener chain into a mouth of the slider body; and pulling the cut length of slide fastener chain through the slider body by a distance, thereby mounting the slider body to the cut length of slide fastener chain.
