TANGENTIAL THREAD ROLLING HEAD
The invention relates to a tangential thread rolling head comprising two fork-like rolling head arms each rotatably coupled with a thread roll by an axle. The thread rolls respectively engage with a pinion and can be pushed laterally into an assembled position into the rolling head arms before installation of axles, in which one of the axles can be pushed into a bearing bore hole of the thread rolls. The thread rolls and the pinions have interacting catches that are configured such that each of the thread rolls can only be pushed laterally into the assembled position in a single defined rotary position.
TANGENTIAL THREAD ROLLING HEAD
The invention relates to a tangential thread rolling head including two rolling head arms having a thread roll rotatably mounted on an axle. The thread rolls are configured to engage with a gear and be pushed laterally into an assembled position into the rolling head arms before the installation of the axles and the axles can be pushed into a bearing bore hole of the thread rolls. The two thread rolls have identical thread profiles that are offset with respect to each other when the thread rolls are in the assembled position.
Thread rolling tool
A thread rolling tool for rolling or repairing a thread has a tool body, a profiled roller, and at least one counter roller. The profiled roller and the at least one counter roller are mounted on the tool body. Preferably, at least one of the profiled roller and the at least one counter roller is mounted so that it is axially displaceable. The profiled roller has a profiled roller profile that has a pitch.
THREAD ROLLING HEAD WITH ENERGY GENERATION APPARATUS
A thread rolling head comprises at least one roller holder configured to retain rollers that are configured to form a screw thread on a workpiece. The rollers are configured to rotate in the course of the screw thread formation. The thread rolling head further comprises an energy generating apparatus integrated into the thread rolling head that is configured to generate electrical energy when the thread rolling head is operating.

A thread rolling head includes a bearing housing, in which at least two profile rollers, preferably at least three, are each rotatably mounted on an eccentric shaft. A shank is coupled to the housing, and adjacent profile rollers delimit an insertion section into which a workpiece can be longitudinally inserted. The bearing housing includes two housing parts rotatable relative to each other to change the spacing between the profile rollers. An adjustment element interacts with one of the two housing parts and can rotate about the longitudinal axis thereof. Rotation of the adjustment element in a first direction causes rotation of the two housing parts in a third rotational direction, while its rotation in the second direction causes rotation of the housing parts in a fourth rotational direction counter to the third rotational direction. A display apparatus displays a change of the spacing between the profile rollers.
Rolled thread screw and rolled thread screw manufacturing method
A rolled thread screw includes: a screw part having, on an outer circumferential part of the screw part, thread crests and thread grooves disposed alternately along an axial direction of the rolled thread screw; and a columnar part adjoining at least one of both sides of the screw part in the axial direction. An axial end surface of the columnar part is provided with: a first concave surface concave in the axial direction; a second concave surface positioned to an outer circumference of the first concave surface and being concave in the axial direction; and a salient part positioned on a boundary between the first concave surface and the second concave surface and projecting further than a bottom of the first concave surface and a bottom of the second concave surface, the salient part extending in an arc-like shape along a circumferential direction of the columnar part as viewed in the axial direction.
THREAD ROLLING TOOL
The invention relates to a thread rolling tool for rolling or repairing a thread with a tool body (12) a profiled roller (36) that is mounted on the tool body (12), and at least one counter roller (14.1) that has a counter roller rotational axis (D.sub.14.1) and is mounted on the tool body (12). According to the invention, it is recommended that the profiled roller (36) and/or the at least one counter roller (14) is mounted so that it is axially displaceable.
