Tool installation aid
A tool installation aid for installing a tool into a press includes a holding console attachable to a press, and a tool-changing plate in or on which a tool is attachable, wherein the tool-changing plate can be placed onto a receiving element of the holding console, a drive device, drivable by a motor or manually, is disposed in the tool-changing plate and by way of which the tool-changing plate is displaceable on the receiving element in the direction toward the press to be transferred from the receiving element onto the clamping plate of the press, the drive device includes at least one driven first drive element, and the receiving element includes at least one non-driven second drive element, the first and second drive elements being operatively connected for displacing the tool-changing plate.
Radial press
A radial press has a plurality of press bodies arranged around a press axis which can be moved radially in relation to the press axis, and a drive unit for shifting the press bodies in the direction of or away from the press axis. The press bodies each have a main jaw and a pressing jaw, which is fixed interchangeably on the main jaw. The main jaws each comprise a radially inwardly arranged pressing-jaw-supporting surface and, adjacent to the latter in the circumferential direction, two side surfaces. The pressing jaws butt against the pressing-jaw-supporting surface of the associated main jaw and have a fixing protrusion, which projects from the abutment surface, enters into a mount provided on the main jaw and interacts with a locking device. Each main jaw has a recess on its supporting surface which extends from the mount and opens out on one of the side surfaces.
Tool for realising a press quenching and tempering method
The invention relates to a tool for realising a press quenching and tempering method for a rotational symmetric tool, in particular for a gear wheel, wherein the tool is at least in part manufactured as an additive and wherein, in an additively manufactured area of the tool, is formed at least one pipe for guiding a fluid.
MOLD FIXING STRUCTURE
The present invention provides a mold fixing structure capable of easily performing work in which a mold carried into a machine is fixed to a mold mounting surface of the machine, and work in which the mold fixed to the mold mounting surface is carried out to the outside of the machine.
MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
A manufacturing method includes: conveying a target to a processing unit by using a conveying arm; conveying the target to a correction information acquiring unit provided in a position different from a position of the processing unit; acquiring position information relating to a position of the target conveyed to the correction information acquiring unit in a three-dimensional space; correcting a conveying position of the conveying arm to the processing unit based on the position information; and executing processing for the target conveyed to the corrected conveying position to manufacture a product.
Forging machine with robotic handler
A progressive cold forming machine and a robot for automatically changing a cutoff cassette, tooling cassettes, a transfer slide and transfer cam. A loading area adjacent the machine and robot has provisions for supporting a tooling cassette pallet and a transfer slide and camshaft pallet and a holding area for temporarily receiving some of the componentry being exchanged.
RADIAL FORGING MACHINE
A radial forging machine comprising one or more forging devices arranged radially about a first longitudinal axis (Z) of feeding of the product to be forged, a respective tool (5) being able to be mounted on each of said forging devices, characterized in that there is provided an automatic tool loading/unloading system for automatically loading/unloading said tools (5) onto/from said forging devices without the manual intervention of an operator.
TOOL UNIT, PRESS FOR HOLDING SUCH A TOOL UNIT AND METHOD FOR A READY-TO-OPERATE ARRANGEMENT OF THE TOOL UNIT IN THE HOLDER OF THE PRESS
A tool unit 20 and a press 21, particularly an embossing press. The tool unit 20 is simply and quickly arranged in or removed from a holder 23 of the press 21 in order to carry out a quick tool change with short downtime of press 21. For this purpose the tool unit 20 comprises a first tool 45 and a second tool 46 that are arranged along a tool axis A on a tool carrier 31. By means of a tool guide device 47, the second tool 46 is movably supported in a guided manner relative to the tool carrier 31 and the first tool 45, independent from guide devices of press 21. Therefore, the tool unit 20 can be prepared and set up during the ongoing operation of press 21. If desired or necessary, the prepared tool unit 20 is exchanged against the presently used tool unit 20.
Shaping device, in particular a spindle press, and method for shaping workpieces
A forming device, (e.g., a spindle press), can include a processing head, having a processing tool that is guided along a movement axis for the forming processing of a workpiece, and a processing region, located opposite the processing head, a processing station configured for the forming processing of the workpiece, and a rotary table having an axis of rotation parallel to the direction of movement and workpiece receptacles that are arranged, with respect to the axis of rotation, in an offset manner with respect to one another in the circumferential direction. The rotary table is configured such that each of the workpiece receptacles is transferable into at least one first working position located within the processing region and into at least one, second working position at least partially laterally outside a cross-sectional area of the processing head in axial projection with respect to the axis of movement.
CONVEYING SYSTEM, ROTARY FORGING METHOD, ROTARY FORGING APPARATUS, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BEARING, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING VEHICLE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MECHANICAL DEVICE
A moving element (21) holding a workpiece (a hub unit bearing (1)) is horizontally loaded into an internal space (23) of an exterior (17) from an external space of the outer package (17), while being guided by a guide member (20) through an opening portion (a front surface side opening portion (25)) provided in the exterior (17) constituting a rotary forging apparatus (16). After completion of the loading process, the workpiece is subjected to rotary forging, using a forming die (18).
