A core shooting method includes: a. Inserting a first core shooting tool into a core shooting machine; b. Injecting core molding material and a binder into the first core shooting tool; c. Ejecting the first core shooting tool from the core shooting machine; d. Curing of the core in the first core shooting tool; e. Repeating the previous steps with at least one further core shooting tool, wherein the insertion of the further core shooting tool into the core shooting machine is carried out simultaneously with the ejection of the previous core shooting tool from the core shooting machine or simultaneously with the curing of the core in the previous core shooting tool.

A corresponding core shooting tool is further described.

Automatic Wax Dipping System
20170334700 · 2017-11-23 ·

An automatic wax dipping system is an apparatus that dips multiple bottles into wax without the manual input of a user. The apparatus includes a basin, a first receptacle, a second receptacle, a first set of heating elements, a track mechanism, and a motorized belt. The basin upholds components of the apparatus. The first receptacle houses oil and the second receptacle houses wax. The first set of heating elements heat the oil which in turn heats the wax. The track mechanism includes a plurality of rails and an at least one motorized belt. The plurality of rails upholds multiple bottles and directs the path of multiple bottles across the present invention. The at least one motorized belt forces the multiple bottles through the plurality of rails in specific lengthwise sections where the multiple bottles may require additional force.

SURFACE TREATMENT DEVICE
20220267922 · 2022-08-25 ·

A surface treatment device utilizes an electrode device. The electrode device is provided with a closed part facing a bottom part of a bottomed hole when inserted inside the bottomed hole, and a flow through hole linking the inside and outside of the electrode device is formed in the electrode device. When surface treatment is implemented on the inner wall surface of the bottomed hole, the hollow electrode device is inserted into the inside of the bottomed hole, the electrolytic treatment solution is made to flow through the space inside the bottomed hole, and power is applied across the electrode device and the inner wall surface of the bottomed hole. The closed part faces the bottom part of the bottomed hole as an electrode across a prescribed surface area; therefore, electroplating at the bottom part of the bottomed hole proceeds to the same extent as other sites.
