The method includes: acquiring a first barrel temperature of the Thixomolding machine, wherein the first barrel temperature indicates a temperature of at least part of barrel sections; delaying, by the Thixomolding machine, an injection operation when the first barrel temperature is in a preset temperature range; recording a first parameter, wherein the first parameter indicates consumption of magnesium material in the barrel of the Thixomolding machine; and increasing the first barrel temperature according to a set rule when the first parameter reaches a first threshold.

A gate valve system includes a base plate and a gate valve plate, a casting plant includes the gate valve system, and a casting process manufactures workpieces, particularly from metal materials. The base plate has an opening and the gate valve plate has a first opening and at least a second opening. The separating gate valve system is set up so that the separating gate valve system can be brought into casting, pressing, and closure positions. In the casting position, the first opening is arranged to align with the opening of the base plate, at least to the greatest possible extent; in the pressing position, the second opening is arranged to align with the opening of the base plate, at least to the greatest possible extent; and in the closure position, the gate valve plate closes off the opening of the base plate.

DIE CASTING MACHINE AND DIE CASTING METHOD

The present disclosure relates to a die casting machine and a die casting method. The die casting machine used in cooperation with a mold (or die) having a die cavity configured to receive molten liquid and includes a plurality of injection mechanisms connected to the mold (or die). Each injection mechanism is provided with an injecting channel through which molten liquid is injected into the die cavity. The plurality of injecting channels are in connection with different positions of the die cavity.

Overflow vortex transfer system

The present invention is directed to a molten metal pump comprising an elongated pumping chamber tube with a base end and an open top end. A shaft extends into the tube and rotates an impeller therein, the impeller rotates proximate the base end. The tube has a diameter at least 1.1 times the diameter of the impeller. The pumping chamber tube preferably has a length at least three times the height of the impeller. The base end includes an inlet and the top end includes a tangential outlet. Rotation of the impeller draws molten metal into the pumping chamber and creates a rotating equilibrium vortex that rises up the walls of the pumping chamber. The rotating vortex adjacent the top end exists the device cia the tangential outlet.

A casting device for operating stably while suppressing leakage from a gap between a tip and a sleeve is disclosed. The casting device includes: a sliding member in the center of which a rod slides, and in which a gap is formed between the rod and the sleeve; a seal member arranged at an outer periphery of the sliding member; and a suction device for suctioning air inside the sleeve. When the seal member is positioned in a center section closer to a cavity than a pouring hole, and the air in a space between the sliding member and the tip is suctioned, the seal member assumes a first state in which the seal member adheres to the center section, and in the first state, the tip advances toward the cavity.

Arranged successively downstream, apparatus includes a conveyor device for the flowable metal material, a distributor unit and the mold. The distributor unit includes an inlet: channel connected to the conveyor device, and multiple outlet channels each having an outlet nozzle, such that casting material fed under pressure via the distributor inlet channel is injectable via the outlet nozzles into the at least one cavity of the mold to simultaneously fill the at least one cavity with casting material via the outlet nozzles. To produce the component with high process reliability in high quality, at least one of the outlet channels is connected to the mold in a sliding manner to enable relative movement between the outlet nozzle of the outlet channel and the mold.

The high-temperature alloy pressure casting mold comprises a casting main pipe, a lower casting pipe, and forming steel mold assemblies, wherein the plurality of forming steel mold assemblies surround the casting main pipe, the casting main pipe is provided with a pressure device, the bottom of the casting main pipe is connected to a casting gate at the bottom of each forming steel mold assembly by means of the lower casting pipe, and casting is carried out using pressure supplied by the main pipe. Further disclosed is a high-temperature alloy pressure casting process for an impeller and a guide vane using the casting mold.
