Provided is a titanium cast product made of commercially pure titanium, the titanium cast product being produced by electron-beam remelting or plasma arc melting, comprising: a melted and resolidified layer in a range of 1 mm or more in depth at a surface serving as a surface to be rolled, the melted and resolidified layer being obtained by adding one or more kinds of β stabilizer elements to the surface and melting and resolidifying the surface. An average value of β stabilizer element(s) concentration in a range of within 1 mm in depth is higher than β stabilizer element(s) concentration in a base material by, in mass %, equal to or more than 0.08 mass % and equal to or less than 1.50 mass %. As the material containing the β stabilizer element, powder, a chip, wire, or foil is used. As means for melting a surface layer, electron-beam heating and plasma arc heating are used.

Hot-work die steel and a preparation method thereof
The present application provides a hot-work die steel and a preparation method thereof wherein the chemical constituents of the hot-work die steel in mass percentage are as follows: C: 0.20-0.32 wt %, Si: ≤0.5 wt %, Mn: ≤0.5 wt %, Cr: 1.5-2.8 wt %, Mo: 1.5-2.5 wt %, W: 0.5-1.2 wt %, Ni: 0.5-1.6 wt %, V: 0.15-0.7 wt %, Nb: 0.01-0.1 wt %, and a balance of iron, wherein an alloying degree is 5-7%; a tensile strength of the hot-work die steel at 700° C. is 560-700 MPa; a value of hardness of the hot-work die steel at room temperature is 32-38 HRC after holding at 700° C. for 3-5 h; and the hot-work die steel has an elongation of 14% to 16% at room temperature, a percentage reduction of area of 48% to 65%, and an impact toughness of 52-63 J at room temperature. The hot-work die steel of the present application has an excellent thermal stability as well as a good plasticity and a toughness at room temperature.

Mould for manufacturing mould steels
The invention relates to a mould for the manufacturing of mould steels in an inert gas or a pressurized electro slag re-melting apparatus. The mould comprises a non-rectangular and non-circular inner copper sleeve having a width, w, of 1000-2500 mm and a thickness, t, of 700-1250 mm, wherein the short sides in the thickness direction of the copper sleeve at least partly have sections with curved surfaces and wherein the long sides in the width direction at least partly have sections with curved surfaces.

The invention relates to a mould for the manufacturing of mould steels in an inert gas or a pressurized electro slag re-melting apparatus. The mould comprises a non-rectangular and non-circular inner copper sleeve having a width, w, of 1000-2500 mm and a thickness, t, of 700-1250 mm, wherein the short sides in the thickness direction of the copper sleeve at least partly have sections with curved surfaces and wherein the long sides in the width direction at least partly have sections with curved surfaces.

The invention relates to a remelting plant comprising a furnace chamber (50), which can be positioned over a crucible (60) of a melting station, an electrode rod (48), which by way of a lead-through (52) can be inserted or is inserted in the furnace chamber (50), in order to contact a consumable electrode (58), and a guide column (30), on which an electrode rod carriage (40) that is fixed-ly connected to the electrode rod (48) is guided in an axially movable manner, in order to move the electrode rod (48) in relation to the furnace chamber (50), and on which a chamber carriage (38), which is connected or can be connected to the furnace chamber (50), is guided in an axially movable manner, in order to move the furnace chamber (50). The guide column (30) is articulatedly connected at a first end to a rotary column (18) such that the guide column (30) can be inclined in re-lation to the rotary column (18) and can be rotated together with the rotary column (18) about the axis of rotation (24) of the rotary column (18). The guide column (30) has in the region of the first end a weighing device (36), which is preferably attached to the rotary column (18).
