Punching tool of a sintering press and method therefor
The present invention relates to a punching tool of a sintering press, comprising at least one lower punch and an upper punch, a first punch of the upper punch and/or lower punch having a top piece that is asymmetric with respect to an axial axis of the punch press. The first punch has a geometry which widens from the top piece towards a base and is also asymmetric with respect to the axial axis of the punch press. The invention further relates to a method for pressing at least one powdery material to a green body in a sintering press.
Sintering press with axially controlled deformation, and corresponding method
A sintering press includes at least one upper punch and a lower punch, a powder reservoir for filling a female die of the sintering press with at least one powder material that can be sintered, and a female die for producing a green body using the powder material from the powder reservoir. A first punch of the upper punches and/or lower punches has a punch top which is off-center and asymmetric with respect to an axial axis of the sintering press and which can be moved in the female die. The first punch is asymmetric in shape between the punch top and the base, which shape at least reduces an axial tilting of the punch and a lateral drag of the punch top on an adjacent outer surface in the female die during insertion and extraction therefrom during a pressing step in the production of the green body.
Tool set having deflection compensation
A tool and die set and related method of use of the tool and die set in a press for the compaction of a powder metal into a preform involves an uneven amount of positional deflection of at least two lower or upper tool members. This asymmetrical elastic response under load may help to eliminate cracking of the part after the compressive load is removed.

Method for Producing a Calibrated Combination of Parts
The invention relates to a method for producing a calibrated combination (I) of parts. The combination (I) of parts comprises at least one first part (2) with a first contact surface (3) and a second part (4) with a second contact surface (5), wherein the parts (2, 4) contact each other via the contact surfaces (3, 5) in the combination (I) of parts; and the parts (2, 4) are designed to be free of an undercut at least with respect to an axial direction (6) and can be moved relative to each other along the axial direction (6) and thereby along the contact surfaces (3, 5) in the calibrated combination (I) of parts. The method has at least the following steps: a) providing the parts (2, 4) in the form of green bodies (7, 8), b) sintering the parts (2, 4) and at least forming bonded connections between the parts (2, 4); c) arranging the combination (I) of parts in a calibrating tool (IO); d) moving the parts (2, 4) relative to each other; e) arranging the parts (2, 4) in order to form the combination (I) of parts; and f) calibrating the combination (I) of parts.
Device and method for manufacturing multilayer molded article
A die having a cavity and a lower punch fitted into the cavity. The cavity is divided and the parts slide along a division plane passing through the cavity parallel to the fitting direction of the die and the lower punch. The divided cavity parts are placed in a state of alignment along the division plane. The divided cavity parts are each filled with raw material powder. The die and the lower punch are then slid along the division plane, whereby the divided cavity parts are combined as the original cavity. The raw material powder in the cavity in a combined state is compressed by an upper punch and the lower punch.
COMPRESSION-MOLDING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PERMANENT MAGNET
A compression-molding method for a permanent includes: providing a drive coil to generate an electromagnetic force when a transient current is passed into the drive coil, so as to apply a molding compression force to magnetic powder under compression, and providing an orientation coil to generate an orientation magnetic field when a transient current is passed into the orientation coil, thereby providing the magnetic powder under compression with an anisotropic property; and synchronously passing the transient currents to the drive coil and the orientation coil to synchronously generate the electromagnetic force and the orientation magnetic field, thereby completing compression-molding of the permanent magnet, wherein a magnitude of the electromagnetic force and an intensity of the orientation magnetic field are respectively changed by changing peak values of the transient currents.
Plane plate of a pressing tool
A plane plate for a pressing tool of a press in which the plane plate activate a punch of the press by way of at least one lifting cylinder that can be displaced along an axial direction. The plane plate has an upper side that points in a first axial direction and a lower side that points in a second axial direction counter to the first axial direction, a link to the at least one lifting cylinder, a centrally disposed receptacle for contacting the punch or a punch holder of the press, as well as at least a first at least partially cylindrical guiding face which for contacting a first guide column is parallel with the axial direction, and a second at least partially cylindrical guiding face which for contacting a second guide column is parallel with the axial direction; wherein on the lower side of the plane plate the first guiding face has a first lower end and the second guiding face has a second lower end, wherein the first lower end and the second lower end in relation to the axial direction are disposed at mutually dissimilar heights and thus are disposed so as to be mutually spaced apart in the axial direction.
