METHOD FOR GRIPPING CONSTANT-VELOCITY UNIVERSAL JOINT COMPONENT
20230045564 · 2023-02-09 ·

Provided is a gripping method including: a phase matching step of matching tool relief grooves of a contact metal member and track grooves of a constant velocity universal joint component with each other in phase; a measuring step of measuring phase differences between the track grooves of the constant velocity universal joint component and a female spline of the constant velocity universal joint component; a matching step of matching, based on a result of the measuring step, a stopper with a recessed portion of the female spline having the smallest phase difference and gripping the constant velocity universal joint component by a collet chuck. Under a state in which the constant velocity universal joint component is gripped by the collet chuck, the contact metal member holds the constant velocity universal joint component.

The invention relates to a collet chuck (1) for clamping a preferably cylindrical tool shank with a chuck body (2) of a collet (3) and an union nut (4), which are matched in such a way that the collet (3) can be driven into the chuck body (2) by tightening the union nut (4) such that it secures the tool shank in the collet chuck (1) ready for operation, wherein the collet (3) and the union nut (4) are permanently connected to one another and at the same time connected in a rotatable manner relative to one another.

Air chuck Capable of Quickly Clamping Threaded Valve

An air chuck capable of quickly clamping a threaded valve comprises a chuck body (1). An air passage is formed in the chuck body (1). The chuck body (1) has one end connected to an elastic clamping jaw (5) and the other end connected to an air source. Jaw arms (52) are regularly disposed at a front end of the clamping jaw (5). Jaw teeth (51) in contact with a threaded valve are disposed at front ends of the jaw arms (52) and are multiple internal thread teeth that of the same specification as an external thread of the valve to be clamped. A sliding sleeve (4) is disposed around the chuck body (1) and slides to control the clamping jaw (5) to be opened or closed in a radial direction.
