Chuck With Detachable Components
A chuck includes a mounting part including a conic connection member and a support member in which an end of the connection member is mounted to a predetermined device, and the support member has an axial channel; and a collet partially disposed in the channel and including an axial slit for receipt a portion of a drill bit, longitudinal first gaps on a surface, each first gap having an open end, and first latches each formed between two adjacent first gaps. In response to a force exerted on the first latches, the first latches are flexibly deformed to clamp the drill bit. The mounting part further includes second latches each formed between two adjacent second gaps.
Milling Chuck Having Detachable Components
A chuck includes a hollow mounting part including a conic connection member and a lower support member; a hollow collet including a clamping member partially disposed in the support member and having an axial channel, longitudinal gaps on a surface, each gap having an open bottom, and latches each between two adjacent gaps in which a drill bit is partially inserted into the channel; and a fastener put on both the mounting part and the collet to secure to the support member with the clamping member partially disposed in the fastener, the latches fastened in the fastener, and the drill bit fastened in both the fastener and the channel.
Clamping Device For Securing A Clamping Part
A clamping device for the securing of a clamping part is provided. The clamping device includes a stop element and a radial clamping device which define an inner space to partly hold the clamping part. The radial clamping device in a clamped condition exerts a radial securing force on the clamping part. A radial spacing exists between the radial clamping device and a clamping bush radially enclosing the clamping device. The clamping bush and the radial clamping device are radially movable relative to one another, such that the radial clamping device is mounted floating in the clamping bush.
Chuck device
A chuck device includes: a cylindrical chuck including a first contact part on a first side and a second contact part on a second side, and configured to hold a bar-like workpiece; a tubular outer cylinder including a restriction part configured to restrict axial movement of the chuck by abutting on the first contact part; and a sleeve provided in an axially movable manner on the inner peripheral side of the outer cylinder, and including, on the first side, a pressing part axially driven to abut on the second contact part. The chuck includes a first tapered face in the first contact part, and a second tapered face in the second contact part. A first angle between the first tapered face and a center axis is equivalent to a second angle between the first tapered face and the center axis, or is smaller than the second angle.
