DEVICE FOR TRANSMITTING MOVEMENT
20230001491 · 2023-01-05 · ·

A device for transmitting a movement between a first member and a second member, namely from a driving member to a driven member, of the type having a cylindrical journal with a circular base mounted so as to rotate in a recess of the driven member or of the driving member. At least one of the ends of this journal is hollowed out by a groove capable of forming, on either side thereof, two shoes that are symmetrical with respect to an axial and diametral plane of the journal and capable of engaging, by a flattened surface, with the driving member or the driven member, the cross-section of each shoe being delimited by an arc of a circle matching the external surface of the journal, ending in a line segment that is part of the flattened surface.

POSITIONING DEVICE

Disclosed is an interchangeable gripper head including: a body defining a longitudinal axis, including a first end intended to be fitted into a nut and a second, free end provided with sectors capable of elastic deformation in a radial direction and intended to receive a removable head; a thrust pin mounted so as to slide along the longitudinal axis inside the body, in a first direction under the effect of a driving force transmitted through the nut by a kinematic connector and in a second direction under the effect of a spring member; and lugs integrally mounted and in a regular angular arrangement on the thrust pin and protruding radially from the surface of the thrust pin through the body of the gripper. The lugs are fixedly arranged in a longitudinal and radial position on the thrust pin by a fixing unit.

Positioning device

A positioning device positions a tool holder (12, 14, 16, 18) on a tool turret (6) of a machine tool by positioning pins (10). The positioning pins are secured to the tool turret (6) and engage with receptacles (40) on the tool holder (6) when the tool holder (12, 14, 16, 18) is attached to the tool turret (6). At least one of the receptacles of the tool holder (6) is formed by a sleeve (40), with which the assignable positioning pin (10) engages in the mounted state while contacting the inner circumferential surface (58) of the sleeve (40). The inner circumferential surface (58) is part of an expanding part (56), which, when the pin (10) engages, expands elastically and flexibly away from the pin (10).

Lathe work piece support tool

An adjustable lathe mounting system for turning a work piece on a rotating lathe having a lathe bed, headstock, and a headstock spindle, where the work piece is attached to the headstock spindle. The lathe mounting system includes an adjustable base releasably attached to the slotted way of the bed via a locking plate and a pair of laterally adjustable way spacers moveable within a laterally extending slot that engage each side of the slotted way.

An automatic jig replacement system includes a detection device, a robot, a bolt tightening/loosening device, and a control device. The detection device is configured to be capable of detecting a predetermined part of a jig. The robot is configured to be capable of conveying the jig. The bolt tightening/loosening device is configured to be capable of tightening/loosening a bolt for securing the jig. The control device determines a bolt tightening/loosening position, on the basis of a result of detecting the predetermined part by the detection device. The robot is caused to unload the jig from the mounting position, or to load the jig to the mounting position. The bolt tightening/loosening device is moved to the bolt tightening/loosening position, and is caused to tighten or loosen the bolt.
