The spindle includes locking means (40) mounted movable between the first and second sections by switchover means (50), between a first position in which the first and second sections are in full connection and a second position allowing axial movement of the second section relative to the first section, enabling the control rod to be moved axially under the action of the second actuator to control the attachment system in a released position of the tool holder.
CLAMPING DEVICE FOR TOOL HOLDER
A clamping device for releasably holding a tool holder shank includes a spindle rotatably mounted inside a housing. A drawbar is axially moveable in a bore in the housing between an advanced releasing position and a retracted locking position. A plurality of engagement members are moveable under the effect of the drawbar into locking engagement with the tool holder shank. An actuating sleeve is arranged around a peripheral wall of the spindle and axially moveable in relation to it. A motion transferring mechanism is arranged for transferring an axial movement of the actuating sleeve into a movement of the drawbar. A hydraulic cylinder arrangement is arranged for moving the actuating sleeve. The hydraulic cylinder arrangement includes a cylinder casing fixed to spindle and an annular piston head, which is fixed to or fixedly connected to the actuating sleeve and slidably received in an annular space inside the cylinder casing.
Drilling Extinguishing Device And Drilling Extinguishing System, Drill
The invention relates to a drill fire extinguishing device (1) having: a tool holder (13) to hold or be connected to a tool; a fluid connection to supply a fluid; a turbine with an impeller that has at least one stage with a plurality of runner blades connected to the tool holder (13) to drive it in a rotary and/or percussive fashion using drive fluid via the fluid connection.
The drill fire extinguishing device (1) also has: at least one discharge opening (20) in a stationary wall (4) of the drill fire extinguishing device (1) communicating with a fluid chamber and/or a nozzle assembly (12) with one or more nozzles (18) in a stationary wall (4) of the drill fire extinguishing device (1) for dispensing the fluid and communicating with the fluid chamber.
The invention also relates to a drill fire extinguishing system and a drill bit.
Combination tool and tool holder for a combination tool
A combination tool including a tool holder that extends along a tool rotational axis that defines an axial extension, an inner cutting tool for machining a first, central hole region and an outer, sleeve-shaped cutting tool for machining a second hole region radially outwards relative to the first hole region.
An actuating member is slidably mounted to the spindle. A motion transferring mechanism is arranged for transferring an axial movement of the actuating member into a movement of the drawbar. Two or more hydraulic actuators are arranged in or mounted on the housing on different sides of the spindle and configured to move the actuating member in relation to the spindle. A connecting element forms a connection in radial direction between the actuating member and piston members of the hydraulic actuators.
CUTTING TOOL REST AND MACHINE TOOL
A cutting tool rest includes a first tool holder that holds a rotating tool, a second tool holder that holds a fixed tool, and a plurality of holder-mounting parts on which one of first tool holder and the second tool holder is selectively mounted. Each of first tool holder and the second tool holder includes a clamping mechanism part. Each of holder-mounting parts includes a hydraulic cylinder mechanism part that causes clamping mechanism part to operate in a clamped state of clamping a tool and an unclamped state of unclamping the tool when a hydraulic pressure is supplied.
Facing head and method for clamping and releasing a tool in or from a tool holder device of the facing head
A facing head as well as a method for inserting a tool into and/or removing a tool from a tool holder device of the facing head. The facing head has a spindle coupling device for exchangeably coupling with a spindle chuck of a working spindle of a machine tool. The facing head has a housing body at which or in which a facing slide is moveably supported in a guided manner. The facing slide supports the tool holder device. The tool holder device is hydraulically controllable. A hydraulic coupling that is mechanically and hydraulically coupled with an associated hydraulic control coupling of the housing body in a tool change position of the facing slide. Remote from the tool change position, the mechanical and hydraulic connection between the hydraulic coupling and the associated hydraulic control coupling is interrupted. In the tool change position a switching of the tool holder device between a hold condition holding the tool and a release condition releasing the tool can be carried out by a respective pressurization with hydraulic pressure.
SELECTION SYSTEM HAVING IMPROVED AXIAL LOCKING
A selection system, comprising: a sheath defining an internal housing extending in a longitudinal direction; a link rod disposed in said internal housing, and extending in the longitudinal direction; and a selection slide mounted to slide in the internal housing, about the link rod; the link rod being held stationary relative to the sheath against movement in translation in the longitudinal direction by stop means; the system being characterized in that the stop means comprise: a base that is a body of revolution and includes a conical portion; and a shell comprising two shell portions each including a conical portion configured to come to bear in plane manner against the conical portion of the base.
Main spindle device of machine tool
A main spindle device includes: a main spindle; a rod accommodated in the main spindle, the rod being capable of moving to an unclamp position in a direction toward the first end, and when the main spindle is holding a tool, being capable of moving to a clamp position in a direction toward a second end; a biasing unit that biases the rod in the direction toward the second end with respect to the main spindle and that biases the rod to the clamp position when a collet is holding the tool; and a biasing force detector that detects a biasing force of the biasing unit which biases the rod in the direction toward the second end after the rod is moved in the direction toward the first end with respect to the main spindle to the unclamp position by force larger than the biasing force of the biasing unit.
Hydraulic Chuck Device
A hydraulic chuck device includes a cylinder portion operated by pressure oil, a chuck opened and closed by operation of the cylinder portion, a pressure oil supply controlling pressure of pressure oil supplied to the cylinder portion, and a chuck controller controlling the pressure oil supply. When controlling the pressure oil supply to cause a jaw portion to perform a clamping operation, during movement of the jaw portion from an unclamping position to a preliminary position situated before a clamping position, the chuck controller supplies pressure oil set at a first pressure into a cylinder chamber for clamping to move the jaw portion quickly, and during movement of the jaw portion from the preliminary position to the clamping positon, the chuck controller supplies pressure oil set at a second pressure lower than the first pressure into the cylinder chamber for clamping to move the jaw portion slowly.
