Bi-Directional Roller Corrugating Tool Holder
A cutter insert tool holder effects bidirectional linear cuts on a work surface. The tool holder includes two elongated slots sized to accommodate first and second cutting insert holders. The tool holder includes an actuator arm that is placed in a first pivoting position by contacting the work surface while the tool holder is displaced along the work surface in a first direction, the pivoting actuator arm causes an actuator cam to contact and engage the second cutting insert holder so that it is withdrawn while the first cutting insert forms a cut in the work surface. When the tool holder is displaced along the work surface in a second direction opposite the first direction, the pivoting actuator arm causes the actuator cam to contact and engage the first cutting insert holder so that it is withdrawn while the second cutting insert forms a cut in the work surface.
MECHANISM FOR ATTACHING TOOL HOLDER TO TURRET
An angle adjustment mechanism includes an angle adjustment block including first opposing side faces inclined relative to the direction along the rotation axis of the turret; first and second adjustment blocks having inclined faces that are brought into surface contact with respective first opposing side faces, and movable in a direction along the rotation axis; a depression formed in a tool holder, and accommodates the angle adjustment block with the first and second adjustment blocks; first and second adjusters that move the first and second adjustment blocks in a direction along the rotation axis of the turret; and a first positioning member conducting positioning between the turret and the tool holder, and a second positioning member conducting positioning between the turret and the angle adjustment block. This configuration provides a mechanism for attaching a tool holder to a turret which can easily conduct highly precise angle adjustment.
Lathe error-correcting collet chuck
An adjustable collet holder for use with a lathe is provided. The adjustable collet holder may include a set of hold down screws to hold it in place once adjusted. Adjustment may be achieved by adjusting multiple set screws to change both angular and concentricity orientations of a collet receiver relative to a body of the collet holder.

Tool clamping device
A tool clamping device having a tool holder holding a tool, said tool holder being designed for insertion into a socket of a tool carrier, in particular a lathe, has a tool quick-change system.
Device configured to selectively apply tools against a workpiece on a lathe
A device for selectively moving a first or second tool relative to a workpiece on a lathe, the device including a first and a second tool providing system, each of the tool providing systems including a guide rail having a length direction, a slide slidably mounted on the guide rail, the slide being shiftable from a waiting position to a work position, a tool retainer on the slide, a block fixed relative to the guide rail, a first lever pivotably mounted to the block, a second lever having a first end pivotably mounted to the block and a second end pivotably mounted to the slide, and a linear actuator having a rod pivotably connected to the first lever, the rod extending in a direction not parallel to the length direction of the guide rail and being shiftable from a first position to a second position.

Portable boring machine
A feed assembly, a boring head and an alignment device. The feed assembly may include a feed mechanism; an adjustment mechanism to adjust a feed rate of the feed mechanism; and a gage to indicate the feed rate. The boring head may include a body supportable on and for rotation with the bar; and a tool holder to support a tool to work on a workpiece and supported for radial movement on the body to adjust a radial position of the tool. An alignment device may include a clamp lockable in an axial position on the bar; an alignment member engageable with a bore of a workpiece; and an adjustment member between the locking clamp and the alignment member, the adjustment member and the alignment member include complementary threads, the adjustment member being rotatable about the axis to move the alignment member relative to the clamp along the axis.
