ELECTRICAL DRIVING SYSTEM FOR MACHINE TOOL
Disclosed is a machine tool ELECTRICAL DRIVING SYSTEM capable of selectively transmitting power of a motor for driving a spindle in a lathe which machines a workpiece to a rotation system including a drawbar and a spindle for driving a chuck, using a clutch mechanism. The machine tool ELECTRICAL DRIVING SYSTEM includes a housing, a hollow tubular spindle rotatably installed inside the housing, a drive pulley rotatably installed with respect to the spindle outside the spindle, a spindle motor, a drawbar installed to be linearly movable with respect to the spindle but non-rotatable relative to the spindle, a motion conversion unit configured to convert a rotary motion of the drive pulley into a forward-rearward linear motion of the drawbar, a clutch unit, a position detection unit configured to the drive pulley to detect an amount of rotation and a rotation position of the drive pulley, and a controller.
Clamping chuck with inclined slides
A clamping chuck having a body (2) with a slidable spindle (7) in a housing (9). The housing is inclined relative to the axis (xx′) of the chuck and exiting through the front face (3), the spindle (7) movement driven by a piston (19) along the chuck axis and the spindle equipped with a groove (15) into which slides a drive section (25) of the piston. An end of the spindle (7) has a notch (17) exiting into the groove (15) such that, when positioning the spindle from the front face (3) of the chuck, allows the spindle (7) to move along the drive section (25) and touch the latter and enable its groove (15) to be positioned facing the drive section (25), such that such that after one rotation of the spindle (7) around its axis (uu′), the groove (15) engages with the drive section (25).
Machine tool provided with spindle having measurement function
A machine tool includes: a hollow spindle including a hollow portion along an axial direction; a plurality of chuck claws openably mounted at a distal end portion of the hollow spindle, and configured to hold a workpiece; an operation rod inserted into the hollow portion of the hollow spindle in a movable manner, and configured to close the plurality of chuck claws with movement of the operation rod toward one side in the axial direction and open the plurality of chuck claws with movement of the operation rod toward the other side in the axial direction; and a measuring apparatus configured to measure an opening dimension of the plurality of chuck claws based on a movement amount of the operation rod.
CLAMPING CHUCK WITH INCLINED SLIDES
A clamping chuck having a body (2) with a slidable spindle (7) in a housing (9). The housing is inclined relative to the axis (xx) of the chuck and exiting through the front face (3), the spindle (7) movement driven by a piston (19) along the chuck axis and the spindle equipped with a groove (15) into which slides a drive section (25) of the piston. An end of the spindle (7) has a notch (17) exiting into the groove (15) such that, when positioning the spindle from the front face (3) of the chuck, allows the spindle (7) to move along the drive section (25) and touch the latter and enable its groove (15) to be positioned facing the drive section (25), such that such that after one rotation of the spindle (7) around its axis (uu), the groove (15) engages with the drive section (25).
Retracting chuck
Provided is a retracting chuck that does not rattle even though a moving body can be operated axially, and that enables turning in which the grasp accuracy is increased and vibration and chatter are inhibited. The retracting chuck (100) is provided with: a body (1) comprising a rear body (2) disposed on the axial rear side and a moving body (3) disposed on the axial front side; a plunger (8) moving axially in the body (1); and a master jaw (6) which engages with the plunger (8) and which is caused by a wedge action to move in the radial direction by a slot (3a) formed in the moving body (3). The moving body (3) moves axially relative to the rear body (2). In the rear of body (2), a plate spring (11) is disposed in a bridging manner between seats (2a) provided at a distance from each other, and the plate spring (11) is fastened by a bolt (13) to each of the seats (2a). Between the seats (2a), the plate spring (11) is fastened by a bolt (16) to a seat (3b) of the moving body (3).
