SAFETY DEVICE FOR A COUNTERSINK TOOL
A deburring mechanism with a rotatable countersink, a cylindrical shaft, a conical cutting contour and a cylindrical cutting edge configured to mount to a driven workstation shaft so that when a workpiece comes in contact with the cutting edge, burrs are removed from the workpiece. The deburring mechanism has a safety device attached to the shaft and adjacent the countersink. The safety device has a rotationally symmetric body with openings through which removed burrs move, a circular outer guard, a mounting portion with legs and a hexagonal mounting contour corresponding with an interior bore of the driven shaft and configured such that a driving connection of the countersink only occurs when the safety device is assembled and overlaps the transition area with a protective contour.
Deburring tool
A deburring tool includes: a body; and a cutting unit provided on an end portion of the body and including a blade part, where a first channel is provided inside the body, and when a fluid supplied from outside of the deburring tool through the first channel is injected into the cutting unit and presses the cutting unit, the cutting unit moves and a degree to which the blade part protrudes outwardly increases.
Lateral disc cutter with replaceable blades
A lateral disc cutter for morcellating and decorticating tissue of an intervertebral disc from between adjacent vertebrae. The device can be arranged in a retracted configuration for insertion via an access tube, and in an extended configuration for cutting of tissue in the target region. The blades may be extended to contact the concave endplate in an orientation that is substantially parallel to a mid-plane of the intervertebral disc. Blades of the device may be configured with a convex profile that substantially conforms to the concave shape of the endplate for enhanced contact length between the blade and the endplate. In some embodiments, the blades are configured for removal and replacement without need for tools, with the blades selectively determining a maximum displacement width of the morecellator assembly.
PROCESSING TOOL
A deburring tool includes a body including a cylinder chamber having a tool holder holding hole, and an anti-rotation body holding hole; a tool holder having an anti-rotation groove and disposed in the cylinder chamber to reciprocate in the cylinder chamber; a first elastic body disposed inside the cylinder chamber to urge the tool holder toward a distal end; a cover disposed outside the body to reciprocate between a detaching position and a processing position, the cover including, a pressing surface that covers the anti-rotation body holding hole at the processing position, and a relief portion; and an anti-rotation body accommodated in the relief portion when the cover is positioned at the detaching position and the tool holder is pulled from the tool holder holding hole.
Hole chamfering device
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of hole machining equipment, and provides a hole chamfering device including blades in bilateral symmetry and a blade posture adjusting assembly. The hole chamfering device not only can be fed from the front face of a hole to complete chamfering work on the front face of the hole, but also can solve the problem of chamfering the back face of the hole under the condition that a chamfering tool cannot be directly fed from the back face of the hole. The hole chamfering device can be fed from the front face of the hole to complete chamfering work on the front face and the back face of the hole, and meanwhile, can remove burrs in the hole, thereby meeting the machining requirement of conventional chamfering of the hole.
METAL MEMBER, PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING METAL MEMBER
A first plate includes: a first hole penetrating a first front surface and a first back surface; an opening edge constituting the first hole, a front-side first opening edge being provided in the first front surface; a back-side first opening edge constituting the first hole, the back-side first opening edge being provided in the first back surface; and a first chamfered portion provided on at least one of the front-side first opening edge and the back-side first opening edge, a second plate includes: a second hole including a back-side second opening edge provided in at least a second back surface; and a back-side second chamfered portion provided at the back-side second opening edge, an axis of the first hole and an axis of the second hole are coaxial, and the at least one of the first chamfered portion and the back-side second chamfered portion have a cutting mark.
Compression and tension floating deburring tool
Disclosed is a deburring tool holder that may be used in combination with a computer controlled machine with a rotating spindle allowing for the provision of biasing forces on the deburring tool in both compression and tension, including a preset or predetermined amount of biasing force independent for compression versus tension.
DEBURRING TOOL AND METHOD FOR DEBURRING A HOLE
A deburring tool includes a shank attached at a first end to a chuck and a working portion at a second end of the shank. The working portion includes a first end portion closest to and joining the second end of the shank at a first end of the first end portion, a second end portion furthest from the shank, and an intermediate portion disposed between the first end portion and the second end portion, a first end of the intermediate portion joining a second end of the first end portion and a second end of the intermediate portion joining a first end of the second end portion. The intermediate portion tapers continuously from a largest diameter at the first end of the intermediate portion to a smallest diameter at the second end of the intermediate portion, and deburring cutter members provided on the second end portion adjacent the second end of the intermediate portion.
MACHINING TOOL FOR DEBURRING BOREHOLES
A machining tool for deburring boreholes, which lead laterally into a recess, comprising: a shaft; a cutting head with at least one circumferential cutting blade associated with a chip groove and having a cutting edge extending, at least in sections, in an axial direction, and which can perform a cutting process by virtue of relative movement between the tool and a workpiece, and which lies on a virtual cylindrical rotation surface; and at least one cutting-blade-free and chip-groove-free surface area; at least one fluid channel closed on the cutting head side, extending through the shaft into the cutting head; and at least one branch channel with an outlet opening. The outlet opening is in a dynamic pressure active surface radially set back relative to the virtual rotation surface, and is larger than a flow cross-sectional area of the at least one branch channel at the outlet opening.
