HEIGHT MILLING DEVICE AND HEIGHT MILLING COMPONENT THEREOF
A height milling device is provided, which has a base platform with a working surface and at least a height milling component displaceably disposed on the working surface for performing a height machining on a target object, thereby speeding up the production, improving the production efficiency and reducing the labor cost.
GUIDE DRESSER, CUTTER HEADS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
There is provided a guide dresser for milling a saw guide, the guide dresser comprising first and second cutter assemblies that are slidably mounted on a rail or slide system so as to be adjustable, in operation, between an open position and a closed position. There is also provided cutter heads and methods for milling a saw guide.
GUIDE DRESSER, CUTTER HEADS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
A guide dresser for milling a saw guide is disclosed herein. The guide dresser includes a guide mount assembly for adjustably moving a saw guide between an upper and lower position and first and second cutter assemblies that are slidably mounted on a rail or slide system so as to be adjustable, in operation, between an open position and a closed position. Cutter heads and methods for milling a saw guide are also disclosed.
RAIL VEHICLE HAVING A DEVICE FOR FINISHING THE RUNNING SURFACE OF TRACK RAILS
A rail vehicle includes a milling device for finishing the running surface of track rails during the travel of the rail vehicle along the track rails. The rail vehicle has a chassis frame having wheel sets. The milling device is provided with a milling head, and includes a framework arranged on the chassis frame having a milling head receptacle, which is displaceable vertically and transversely in relation thereto. The milling head receptacle can be supported for the vertical guiding via a guide shoe on the running surface and for transverse guiding in parallel to the milling head shaft via a guide stop laterally on the railhead. The milling head receptacle forms a transverse carriage, which supports the guide shoe and the guide stop, and the guide path of which, which is vertically displaceable, is provided on the side of the milling head receptacle facing toward the guide shoe.
4-AXIS CNC MACHINE
A portable computer numerical control (CNC) machine is described. The CNC machine has an X-axis, a Y-axis, and a Z-axis, and comprises: a machine head, a base comprising a pair of X-axis guiding rails; a connecting beam and at least one Y-axis guide rail; a sub-assembly having a platform and at least one Z-axis guide rail on the platform; and a tool assembly secured to the platform of the sub-assembly, as well as corresponding X-Axis, Y-Axis and Z-axis clamps to allow the machine head to move along the X, Y, Z axes. The tool assembly of the CNC machine further allows the machine head to rotate about an axis that is perpendicular to the Z-axis.
