PORTABLE HELICAL MILLING UNIT AND ECCENTRICITY ADJUSTMENT METHOD
A portable helical milling unit has a tool, an eccentric spindle, an outer sleeve, a sleeve housing, and a plurality of transmission mechanisms used to provide power. The eccentric spindle is detachably provided in an output section of the outer sleeve. Each of the eccentric spindle and the outer sleeve has a pre-set eccentricity. The tool is in connection with an eccentricity adjustment mechanism. The outer sleeve is installed in the sleeve housing. The outer sleeve is in connection with a first transmission mechanism and a third transmission mechanism. The eccentric spindle is in connection with a second transmission mechanism. All eccentric spindles have the same shape, can be installed in the outer sleeve and can be quickly replaced, so as to achieve precise and large-range adjustment of the eccentricity, thereby expanding the aperture range of processed holes, and improving processing quality and efficiency.
ROTARY CUTTING INSERT AND SUPPORT DEVICE
This invention relates to cutting tools used to machine materials to produce new surfaces and chips of removed material. Embodiments of this invention allow round rotating cutting inserts to be used in a more economical way, with improved accuracy, with improved sealing, and with greater ease of use. The rotary support device and cutting inserts may be used in either radial or tangential mounting types of cutters. It also provides a built-in, fully sealed means of fine adjustment of the cutting insert that is useful in some applications.
Stop for a drilling, milling or countersinking tool
A stop for a rotating drilling, milling or countersinking tool comprising a stop sleeve coupled to a radial rolling bearing in such a way that it freely rotates about the tool, an outer bearing bush of the radial rolling bearing being attached to the stop sleeve and an inner bearing bush of the radial rolling bearing being attached to a shaft sleeve that can be attached to a tool shaft of the tool. An axial rolling bearing is also provided, a housing washer of the axial rolling bearing being supported on the stop sleeve and a shaft washer of the axial rolling bearing being supported on the shaft sleeve. In a secondary aspect, the invention relates to a drilling, milling or countersinking tool provided with such a stop.
STOP FOR A DRILLING, MILLING OR COUNTERSINKING TOOL
The invention relates to a stop for a rotating drilling, milling or countersinking tool which comprises a stop sleeve which is freely rotatably coupled, by means of a sliding or rolling bearing, around the tool. A first bearing bush of the bearing supports the stop sleeve. A second bearing bush of the bearing sits in a rotationally fixed manner on a shaft sleeve. The shaft sleeve can be pushed and fastened on a shaft of the tool. In a secondary aspect, the invention relates to a drilling, milling or countersinking tool having such a stop.
MILLING TOOL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A ROLLING BEARING CAGE
A milling tool includes a main body and a plurality of cutting inserts with respective cutting edges. The main body has an end face and a barrel-shaped curved lateral face. A first group of the plurality of cutting inserts are fastened on the end face, a second group of the plurality of cutting inserts are fastened on the barrel-shaped curved lateral face, and the respective cutting edges describe a barrel shape. Each one of the plurality of cutting inserts may be designed as an indexable insert.
METHOD FOR MACHINING A BEARING RING AND FOR PRODUCING A ROLLING BEARING
A method for machining a bearing ring of a rolling bearing includes providing a blank with an annular surface for producing the bearing ring, clamping the blank in a machine tool, and structuring the annular surface by high-feed milling to form a sealing face. The method may include removing material from the blank to produce a track of the bearing ring while the blank is still clamped in the machine tool, with the blank rotating during the steps of structuring the annular surface and removing material from the blank. The method may also include providing a high-feed milling cutter with a face, and performing the high-feed milling with the face.
MILLING MACHINE, IN PARTICULAR HAND-HELD MILLING MACHINE, FOR MILLING BEVELS AND FILLETS
A milling machine, in particular a hand-held milling machine, for milling bevels and fillets, having a housing in which a drive device and a spindle are mounted, wherein the spindle is configured to receive at least one cutting device and is connected to the drive device via at least one transmission. Additionally, a rebound damper for protecting the transmission is provided on the spindle.
TOOL FOR BURR/FLASH REMOVAL
A tool for removing burrs/flash from a work piece includes a linear body having a cutter/abrasive end and an opposite shank end. The shank end is adapted for attachment to a rotary power source. At least one bushing is secured to the linear body, the bushing allowing rotation of the tool there within while an outer portion of the bushing remains stationary.
COMPACT ROTARY SEAL
This invention relates to simple, compact rotary seals that contract to maintain a seal as the sealing elements may wear over time. Embodiments of this invention allow simple elastic rings, such as an O-ring, to be used as the sealing element.
