The application relates to a double acting demolition device according to one embodiment for demolishing structures. The device includes a first crushing jaw for crushing operation, a first cutting jaw for cutting operation, and a combination jaw. The first jaws are separate jaws. The combination jaw is attachable to the first cutting jaw for constructing a second crushing jaw and to the first crushing jaw for constructing a second cutting jaw. The second crushing jaw is used jointly with the first crushing jaw in crushing operation and the second cutting jaw is used jointly with the first cutting jaw in cutting operation. In crushing operation, the first crushing jaw rotates around a fulcrum other than that of the second cutting jaw in cutting operation.
WASTE-CUTTING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CUTTING UP PUNCHING SCRAP
The invention relates to a method for cutting up punching scrap running as waste from a punching device, in particular from a fine blanking press, by means of a waste-cutting device, in particular which is arranged as a progressive tool with respect to the punching device, wherein, by way of the waste-cutting device, the punching scrap is completely cut through perpendicularly to the running direction thereof at a cutting edge by a cutting knife and in this way punching-scrap portions are formed, wherein, together with the stroke of the cutting knife, at least one scrap web of the punching scrap that is spaced apart from the punching-scrap boundaries is cut through by at least one punch which is spaced apart from the cutting knife, preferably by at least two punches, in particular so that each punching-scrap portion is subdivided into at least two punching-scrap sub-portions. The invention also relates to a waste-cutting device of a punching device, comprising a cutting knife and a cutting edge, wherein, by way of the interaction of cutting knife and cutting edge during a stroke of the cutting knife, punching scrap which can be passed through between cutting knife and cutting edge in a running direction can be completely cut through perpendicularly to the running direction, in which, spaced apart from the cutting knife, provision is made of at least one punch which is arranged in a locationally fixed manner with respect to the cutting knife and which can be moved together with the cutting knife, in particular by way of which at least one scrap web of the punching scrap can be cut through in the punching scrap.
TUBULAR CUTTING APPARATUS
An apparatus for cutting off concrete, wooden, and/or metal piles, casing, conductor pipe and other metal tubulars, uses a metal frame and a metal blade linearly moveable within the frame, the blade being hydraulically and/or pneumatically driven to puncture and then slice and split through the metal being cut off, the cutting surface of the blade having a removable, centralized puncture point located essentially at the projected intersection between two concave cutting surfaces.
Shear press with improved jaws
A shear press for scrap including a machine body defining a compaction channel to contain the scrap and guide it in a sliding manner along a predetermined advance direction a compaction unit and blades. The compaction unit includes two mutually opposed jaws articulated to the machine bod according to axes of rotation parallel to each other and orthogonal to the advance direction of the scrap, and actuating members to rotate the jaws around the respective axes of rotation, in opposite directions, between an open configuration and a closed configuration. Each aw includes an operating surface to laterally de-limit the compaction channel when the jaw is in open configuration. The extreme point of a first rectilinear stretch with respect to the axis of rotation of the jaw is aligned to the latter along a direction of alignment which forms, with the first rectilinear stretch, an angle having its vertex facing the inner part of the compaction channel.
Shearing machine for dismantling a large aircraft and working vehicle for dismantling a large aircraft
As shearing blades of a first jaw portion, a shearing machines includes: a tip blade; a pair of first parallel shearing blades bent at an obtuse angle to the biting direction of the tip blade and disposed both sides of the blade width; and a pair of second parallel shearing blades bent at an obtuse angle to an attaching portion of the first parallel shearing blades and disposed on both sides of the blade width. As a tip blade, the shearing machine includes: a point blade a pair of tip tapered blades disposed on both sides of an end portion and whose blade width is increased toward the rear end; and a pair of tapered blades bent at an obtuse angle to an attaching portion of the rear end portion of the tip tapered blades and disposed toward the first parallel shearing blades.
Demolition shear and demolition shear piercing tip insert and nose configuration
A demolition shear and a piercing tip insert and nose configuration for a demolition shear which resists nose wear and resists retract forces exerted on the piercing tip insert in jamming situations and in the event of snagging of the piercing tip insert. The piercing tip insert includes first and second piercing tip halves, each half having an outer planar sidewall, a curved front wall extending laterally inward, and a bottom leg extending laterally inward defining a shearing edge and a piercing edge.
SCRAP CUTTER
A scrap cutter is provided in a subsequent stage of the press machine and cuts the scrap material fed from the press machine. The scrap cutter includes: a slide configured to be driven to reciprocate in the vertical direction by a Scotch yoke mechanism; an upper blade attached to the slide; and a lower blade attached to a frame and configured to cut the scrap material in cooperation with the upper blade. A shear angle formed by the upper blade and the lower blade has an angle that gradually decreases from a start of cutting of the scrap material toward an end of cutting to allow the driving torque of the crankshaft of the Scotch yoke mechanism to be constant from the start of cutting to the end of cutting in cutting a scrap material of a cutting capacity limit.
A Multi-functional Engineering Attachment for Clamping, Cutting, and Grasping With A Single Degree Of Freedom Variable Topology Mechanism
The invention discloses a clamping-cutting-grasping multi-functional engineering attachment applying single-degree-of-freedom shape-shifting mechanism, having a symmetrical structure, comprising: a clamping and cutting device, a grasping device, and a separating and deforming device; further comprises two hydraulic cylinders, one base, two separation bases, a driving hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic scissors, a grasping connecting rod, a grasping claw, a separating connecting rod, a base guide rod, a base slider, a separating slider, first connecting rod, second connecting rod and separation slider track groove. The invention uses a double slider mechanism to achieve the relative movement between the grasping device versus the clamping and shearing device, and also realizes a fast conversion from clamping and cutting device to the grasping device, all the work requirements being satisfied under each working state without motion interference.
