Disposing device of shaft-body insertion objects
A separator disposing portion 15 is provided with a ball screw 22 and an arm 23. The arm 23 is a member which comes into contact with a holder 17 and a separator disk 18, thereby allowing them to move. The arm 23 is provided with a chuck portion 30 which is connected to a piston 29 and can be fitted to a chuck pedestal 27. The chuck portion 30 comes close to or moves away from an expansion/contraction shaft 16 in association with expansion and contraction of the piston 29. Further, the chuck portion 30 comes into contact with an outer circumference surface of the holder 17, a side surface of the holder 17 and a side surface of the separator disk 18 in association with movements of the piston 29 and a driving portion 26.
A SYSTEM FOR GRINDING STUMPS AND CLEARING BRUSH, AND RELATED METHODS AND DEVICES
A cutting system includes a wheel, a tooth and a fastener. The wheel has a hub, a periphery, a side that extends from the hub to the periphery, and a receiver located on the wheel's side. The hub has a longitudinal axis about which the wheel may rotate, and the receiver includes a bearing surface. The tooth is mounted to the wheel's receiver and includes a blade and a mount. The blade cuts material when the wheel rotates about the hub's longitudinal axis and the blade contacts the material. The mount couples the blade to the wheel's receiver. The mount includes a first interface where the blade couples with the mount, and a second interface where the mount couples with the wheel's receiver. The mount's second interface is configured to mimic and nest with the wheel's receiver and includes a bearing surface that transmits to the bearing surface of the wheel's receiver loads that the material exerts on the blade while the blade cuts the material. The fastener secures the tooth to the wheel and holds the bearing surface of the mount's second interface against the bearing surface of the wheel's receiver, and specifically does not include the bearing surface of the tooth's mount.
Apparatus for cutting corrugated pipes to length
An apparatus for cutting corrugated pipes to length includes a clamping device configured to act radially with respect to an axis so as to fix a corrugated pipe in a machining position. The apparatus also includes a cutting tool moveable into an active position against the corrugated pipe in the machining position and configured to bring about a separation by moving the cutting tool and corrugated pipe relative to one another. A stop device is configured to engage in a corrugation trough of the corrugated pipe wherein a spacing between the cutting tool and stop device is variable in the axial direction with respect to the axis.
ELECTRODE PLATE SLITTING CUTTER HOLDER AND ELECTRODE PLATE SLITTING MACHINE
An electrode plate slitting cutter holder includes a frame, an upper cutter holder, and a lower cutter holder. Two ends of the upper cutter holder are rotatably connected to the frame. The lower cutter holder is located below the upper cutter holder and arranged parallel to the upper cutter holder. Two ends of the lower cutter holder are rotatably connected to the frame. One of the upper cutter holder and the lower cutter holder is provided with a double-edged cutter, and another one of the upper cutter holder and the lower cutter holder is provided with a cutter groove corresponding to a position of the double-edged cutter and configured to cooperate with the double-edged cutter.
ROTARY SERRATOR KNIFE
A coil slitting tool in the form of a rotary serrator knife for use on coil slitting machines comprises a plurality of serration undulations disposed on one or more faces about the outer periphery. The rotary serrator knife tool may comprise a concentrically located bore about an inner diameter for mounting on an arbor and may further incorporate a keyway. The rotary serrator knife may be formed from an assembly comprising, a central rotary disk about which mount one or more removable inserts comprising the serration undulation portion. The one or more removable inserts may comprise serration undulations on one side or two sides and mount substantially to the perimeter of a mounting disk by use of fasteners.
