PROCESSING TOOL AND PROCESSING TOOL ASSEMBLY
A processing tool includes a long cutting portion with a connecting surface and at least one clamped portion which is fixed to the connecting surface. The long cutting portion extends along a longitudinal direction. Each of two sides of the long cutting portion along the longitudinal direction is an abutted end. A bottom portion of each of the abutted ends is connected to the connecting surface, and a top portion of each of the abutted end is away from the connecting surface. A first length is defined between the top portions of the abutted ends, and a second length is defined between the bottom portions of the abutted ends, wherein the first length is smaller than the second length. A processing tool assembly is provided as well. With such design, the processing tool thereof could be changed easily. Multiple workpieces could be simultaneously cut, and the accuracy thereof could be enhanced.
Tool holder device for broaching and slotting
The tool holder device for broaching and slotting, comprising: one main frame associated with one machine adapted to machine one workpiece; one working assembly associated with the main frame and comprising one supporting bar movable longitudinally along a first axis and a guiding mechanism for the supporting bar movable longitudinally along the first axis; one tool associated with the supporting bar and adapted to machine the workpiece; angular adjustment mechanism for adjusting the supporting bar, interposed between the main frame and the guiding mechanism and adapted to rotate the supporting bar around a second axis substantially orthogonal with respect to the first axis; and straight adjustment mechanism for adjusting the tool with respect to the supporting bar, interposed between the tool and the supporting bar, the straight adjustment mechanism being adapted to adjust the position of the tool along the second axis.

Unit for broaching rules of die cutters and method to perform the broaching of a rule for die cutters
A broaching unit for rules of die cutters which comprises a supporting structure, for example a frame, a guide of a die cutter rule, and a tool-holding arm equipped with at least one broaching tool is described. The guide defines a sliding surface on which the rule is fed intermittently. The tool-holding arm is mounted on the supporting structure and is susceptible to reciprocating movements with respect to it and with respect to the guide, preferably forward and backwards movements along a transversal direction of the rule, just to intercept the die cutter rule with the broaching tool when the rule is stopped. Advantageously, the tool-holding arm is equipped with at least two broaching tools, for example four tools, and can be oriented with respect to the guide, for example can rotate on itself, to selectively activate one of the broaching tools, i.e. to bring one of the tools into contact with the rule.

BROACH FOR BROACHING MACHINE
A broach for a broaching machine is provided, which has a toothed sheet with hard-metal teeth, formed by one or more segments arranged in longitudinal correlation and a sheet-holding support in which the toothed sheet is placed; characterized in that the sheet-holding support has a recess into which a base of the toothed sheet with matching configuration fits, in order to establish mechanical coupling between the two, and in that the sheet-holding support includes tightening means for securing the toothed sheet in position in the sheet-holder.
