Dust collection systems and attachments for circular saws
A dust collection system for a circular saw may include an attachment. A fixed blade guard may define an exhaust port for removing debris drawn into the fixed blade guard. An attachment may be positioned adjacent to a fixed blade guard in fluid communication with an interior of the fixed blade guard through an aperture, where the attachment defines an exhaust port. An exhaust port can extend into fluid communication with a cavity formed by a protrusion, where the cavity has an expanded interior volume extending from and adjacent to the exhaust port. A channel defined by a connection configured for connecting to a vacuum source is in fluid communication with the expanded interior volume of the cavity through the exhaust port for pulling debris from within the fixed blade guard into the cavity and through the exhaust port and the channel toward the vacuum source.
Table miter saw
Disclosed are various embodiments for a table miter saw. The table miter saw allows for cross cuts, bevel cuts, as well as miter cuts and is an improvement over common table saws. The table miter saw includes a platform, orbiting base, and a telescoping assembly that allows for pushing and pulling the saw blade apparatus for mitering safety and ease of use. Additional benefits include the ability to combine multiple carpentry and woodworking tools into one compact device that is easily transferrable to the jobsite.

The disclosure provides a power tool and a cutting tool. The power tool includes a housing, a motor, a power supply, a working assembly, and a transmission mechanism. The motor is mounted in the housing and the motor has a motor shaft. The power supply is configured to provide energy for the motor. The working assembly rotates along a rotating axis of the working assembly itself. The transmission mechanism has a transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is connected with the motor shaft, so as to transmit power from the motor to the working assembly. The motor is an outer rotor motor, and an axis of the rotating axis of the working assembly intersects an axis of the transmission shaft.
Saw drivetrain with a chain drive and gear train
A saw device includes a motor having a motor output shaft and a drivetrain that includes a gear train and a chain drive. The gear train has a first gear fixedly connected to the motor output shaft and a second gear fixedly connected to an intermediate shaft, the first gear meshing with the second gear so as to transmit rotation from the motor output shaft to the second gear. The chain drive has a driving sprocket fixedly connected to the intermediate shaft, a driven sprocket, and a chain configured to transmit rotation of the driving sprocket to rotation of the driven sprocket. The saw device further includes an arbor shaft fixedly connected to the driven sprocket, the arbor shaft configured to mount a saw blade such that the saw blade rotates with the arbor shaft, and an upper guard configured to enclose at least a portion of the saw blade.
Power operated scribe saw
A power operated scribe saw including a head assembly affixed to a handle assembly. The head assembly includes a frame body, a drive train and a cutting blade. The drive train includes a worm driveshaft and worm rotating about a longitudinal axis of rotation and a blade driveshaft and worm gear rotating about a transverse axis of rotation, the cutting blade rotating with the blade driveshaft. The frame body includes a longitudinal throughbore and a transversely extending recess extending into a first side wall, the throughbore including a seating surface. A worm driveshaft support assembly supports the worm driveshaft for rotation and includes a first bearing engaging the worm drive shaft between the distal end of the worm driveshaft and the worm and a second bearing on the seating surface of the throughbore and engaging the worm drive shaft between the proximal end of the driveshaft and the worm.
ELECTRIC CIRCULAR SAW
An electric circular saw includes a motor, a transmission assembly, a housing assembly, a base plate, and a fan shield. The housing assembly includes a gearbox. The base plate includes a base plate plane surface. The fan shield includes a flow guide part and a fitting part. The fitting part is connected to the gearbox. The transmission assembly includes a worm and a worm gear. A tip diameter of the worm is greater than or equal to 20 mm and less than or equal to 30 mm and a tip diameter of the worm gear is greater than or equal to 20 mm and less than or equal to 35 mm. When the electric circular saw has a maximum cutting depth, a vertical distance between a center of the worm gear and the base plate plane surface is less than or equal to 25.5 mm.

Cutting Assemby
A cutting assembly for cutting with at least two saw blades simultaneously, includes a motion conversion means comprises: a first part and a plurality of second parts, for example a first bevel gear (30) and a plurality of second bevel gears (32). The first part is arranged for rotation about a central axis thereof and coupled to a drive means (12) for causing the rotation. The first and second parts are arranged such that the rotation of the first part in a direction of rotation causes rotation in a corresponding direction of rotation of each second part about a respective axis extending away from the central axis of the first part. The cutting assembly also includes, for each second part, a coupling means for coupling the second part to a respective cutting blade (100a-f) and including a further motion conversion means, such that the rotation of the second part causes cutting motion of the cutting blade.
