Method for machining plate material by using linear saw and numerical control saw machine apparatus

Provided are a method for machining a plate material by using a linear saw, and a numerical control saw machine apparatus. The numerical control saw machine apparatus includes: two carrying mechanisms, which are connected to two ends of a linear saw respectively; at least one control motor, configured for adjusting a distance between the two carrying mechanisms; and a pair of vibration motors, configured for driving the vibration of the linear saw, wherein, the distance between the two carrying mechanisms is adjusted by the control motor based on a monitored change in a torque of the control motor.

A scroll saw includes a base providing a worktable, a motor mounted in the base and having an output shaft, a transmission unit mounted in the base and including first and second transmission devices respectively connected to the two opposite ends of the output shaft of the motor and respectively disposed above and below the worktable, and a saw blade having opposing top and bottom ends respectively connected to the first and second transmission devices of the transmission unit. Thus, when the motor is started, the first and second transmission devices are driven to alternatively move forward and backward in a reciprocating action, and the saw blade is driven to move up and down in a reciprocating action, avoiding vibration of the saw blade and the base and enhancing cutting stability.

COMBINED BLADE CLAMP AND TENSIONER FOR SCROLL SAW

A blade clamp with first and second gripping members configured to hold a cutting blade, a lever connected to the clamp by a connection member, and a head that receives the connection member that extends through an aperture of the head. The connection member can move along a first axis through the aperture of the head and move the clamp along the first axis based on a position of the lever. The first and the second gripping members of the clamp can clamp the cutting blade along a second axis orthogonal to the first axis based on a position of the clamp along the first axis. The lever can include an eccentric cam surface that engages a cam follower. The eccentric cam surface can cause the clamp to provide a clamping force and tension to the cutting blade.
