FOREIGN BODY REMOVING DEVICE
A foreign body removing device includes a foreign body removing tool for removing a foreign body that has adhered to a surface of a workpiece. This foreign body removing tool includes: a grip to be grasped by a worker; a blade that contacts the foreign body; and an airflow delivering portion for delivering compressed gas that has been supplied from a compressed gas supply source, as an airflow contacting the blade.
Pneumatic reciprocating saw
A pneumatic reciprocating saw comprises a housing, a saw extending into the housing, a pneumatic motor assembled with the housing and a transmission assembly. The pneumatic motor comprises an output shaft, the transmission assembly comprises a driving bevel gear arranged on the output shaft, a transmission bevel gear engaged with the driving bevel gear, a driven rod being arranged on the transmission bevel gear, a pushing block being eccentrically arranged on the driven rod, a transmission rod assembled with the saw, and a thermal insulator sleeved on the transmission rod without being shifting along with the transmission rod. The transmission rod comprises a groove for placing the pushing block to slide therein, when the transmission rod is driven to reciprocate in a linear track, a tail end of the transmission rod not connected with the saw being limited by the thermal insulator to only move in the linear track.

Air File
An air file has a body, a fastening member, and a driving assembly. The body has a handle and a front cover connected to the handle. The fastening member is swingably assembled to the front cover and has a pivoting end and a connecting end. The pivoting end of the fastening member is inserted inside the front cover. The connecting end of the fastening member extends out of the front cover. The driving assembly is mounted inside the body and has an eccentric shaft and a swinging unit. The eccentric shaft is connected to a driving device and has an eccentric hole facing to the front cover. The swinging unit has a pivoting portion and a ball joint. The pivoting portion is pivotally connected to the pivoting end of the fastening member. The ball joint is engaged in the eccentric hole of the eccentric shaft.

Pneumatic tool
A pneumatic tool has a hollowed main body. One end of the main body is assembled with a pneumatic motor having a transmission shaft inserted into the main body. The other end of the main body is assembled with a connecting member being slidable along an axial direction of the main body. One end of the connecting member forms a connecting portion, and the other end of the connecting member forms a knife assembling portion. A driving gear is rotatably assembled in the main body and engaged with the transmission shaft. A protruding post is assembled on a portion of the driving gear biasing from an axis of the driving gear. A linking bar has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The first end is pin-jointed to the protruding post, and the second end is pin-jointed to the connecting portion of the connecting member.
Pneumatic device for a pneumatic saw
A pneumatic device includes a cylinder, a buffer member and a piston unit. The cylinder includes a cylinder wall defining an air chamber. The buffer member has a tubular wall that defines a communicating hole. The tubular wall has a length greater than the wall thickness thereof. The piston unit includes a sealing member, and a rod member movably extending through the communicating hole. The rod member has a driven section received within the air chamber and mounted with the sealing member. The piston unit is movable between a restoring position where the driven section is spaced apart from the buffer member, and an impact position where at least one of the driven section and the sealing member is in contact with the buffer member.

Blade holding device
A blade holding device for securely holding a saw blade includes a holding unit, a sleeve member, a retaining unit, and a shell. The holding unit includes a clamp member and an insert. The clamp member has two half portions defining a gap for receiving the saw blade, a slot extending through one of the half portions, and an abutment surface. The insert is inserted into the slot, abuts against the abutment surface, and has a threaded hole. The sleeve member surrounds the half portions of the clamp member without blocking the threaded hole. The retaining unit includes a fastening member extending threadedly through the threaded hole for pressing against the saw blade. The shell surrounds the sleeve member and the clamp member.
