SAW BLADE
A reciprocating saw blade includes a body including a first end portion, a second end portion opposite the first end portion, and a coupling edge extending between the first and second end portions. The body defines a longitudinal axis extending through the first and second end portions. The reciprocating saw blade also includes an attachment portion coupled to the first end portion of the body and a cutting portion coupled to the coupling edge of the body. The cutting portion includes a plurality of cutting teeth and a plurality of gullets. Moreover, the reciprocating saw blade includes a plurality of slots spaced along the cutting portion to separate the cutting portion into a plurality of cutting segments including a distal end segment adjacent the second end portion of the body. The distal end segment extends beyond the coupling edge of the body in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis.
Asphalt saw blade
A unique design is provided that increases the strength and extends the life of an asphalt saw blade. The asphalt saw blade may include a main body, outer plates and cutters that are secured to the main body and outer plates via a notched interface. The cutters can include cutting elements and a plate that reinforces the cutting elements while also shielding the cutter's main body from wear.

Saw blade with set cutting teeth
A saw blade includes an elongated body extending along a longitudinal axis and having an elongated cutting edge. A first hard metal strip is attached to a first portion of the cutting edge and includes at least one first full hard metal cutting tooth that is set left at a first angle relative to a vertical axis of the body that is generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. A second hard metal strip attached to a second portion of the cutting edge and includes a second full hard metal cutting tooth that is set right at a second angle relative the vertical axis.
Saw Blade, Saw Blade Blank, Carrier Part Blank and Method for Producing a Saw Blade
A saw blade has at least one carrier part that has at least one cutting side. The saw blade further has a multiplicity of inserts arranged so as to be spaced apart from one another. The inserts are made from a material, in particular a carbide, which is harder than a material of the carrier part. The inserts are each fastened to the at least one cutting side of the carrier part. The inserts each at least partially form at least two saw teeth.
SAW BLADE WITH SET CUTTING TEETH
A saw blade includes an elongated body with a working edge extending along a longitudinal axis. A first strip composed of carbide or cermet and including at least one first full cutting tooth is coupled to a first portion of the working edge by a first weld fusion zone composed of a ductile material. The first strip is set in a first direction at a first angle out of a plane of the body by a first bend in the first weld fusion zone. A second strip composed of carbide or cermet and including at least one second full cutting tooth is coupled to a second portion of the working edge by a second weld fusion zone composed of a ductile material. The second strip is set in a second direction, opposite the first direction, at a second angle out of the plane of the body by a second bend in the second weld fusion zone.
Reciprocating saw blade assembly
A reciprocating saw blade assembly that includes a drive blade and one or more side blades positionally coupled to the drive blade is disclosed. The drive blade may include a tang on a first end of the drive blade configured to removably couple to a reciprocating saw tool. A cutting edge may extend at least partially between the first end and a second end. The one or more side blades each may include a first end proximate and offset from the first end of the drive blade such that the tang of the drive blade is exposed, and a cutting edge that is at least partially between the first end and the second end of each side blade. The drive blade and the one or more side blades may be positionally coupled with at least two rivets extending through the drive blade and the one or more side blades.
Handsaw
A handsaw is provided with which chip clogging can be reduced significantly, the pitch of the tooth points can be made fine, the cut end face, called top edge, of each tooth can be increased in area, and moreover, cutting resistance is kept small and good cutting performance is ensured. The handsaw has a plurality of saw teeth arranged on a longitudinal edge (21) of a saw blade (20). The saw teeth are configured as a combination of crosscutting teeth (X) of triangular or trapezoidal prism shape and ripping teeth (Y) of parallelogram-based prism shape. The prism-shaped teeth constituting the crosscutting teeth (X) and the ripping teeth (Y) are configured such that at least adjacent prism-shaped teeth rise at a same rising angle () from an edge surface (21a) of the longitudinal edge (21) of the saw blade (20), to cause a space (S) between the adjacent prism-shaped teeth to be constant in a rising direction in which the teeth rise.
