Systems and Methods for Conduit Deburr
Systems and methods for conduit deburring include rotational bits and/or supporting structure for reducing burrs on conduit or other pipe or tubing, which often result from cutting. Certain devices simultaneously act on an entire circumference of a tubular end opening. Other devices act on only a portion of a circumference of a tubular end opening, but are guided, registered, or oriented for travel along the circumference to cut a chamfer of a predetermined angle along an interior edge thereof.
BURR
The present invention provides a burr in the form of a generally cylindrical rod, the burr having a proximal end for mounting in a tool for rotating the burr and a distal cutting end, the burr having a cutting portion defined by a portion of a surface of the burr which comprises a plurality of teeth, the cutting portion including and extending from the distal end back towards the proximal end, wherein the cutting portion comprises a cylindrical portion of a first diameter and a distal end portion of a second diameter that is greater than the first diameter. The burr is particularly suited to the drilling of cylinder locks.
Portable EPS panel rasping platform
A portable rasping platform for rasping a top surface of a wall panel includes a plurality of adjustable leveling supports, a pair of support rails, and a drum rasp assembly. The drum rasp assembly includes a drum rasp, a motor coupled to the drum rasp and configured to rotate the drum rasp at a suitable speed, and a truss frame supporting the drum rasp and configured to roll along the pair of support rails. The pair of support rails are configured to be positioned on the plurality of adjustable leveling supports arranged in parallel a certain space apart, and the plurality of adjustable leveling supports are configured to support the wall panel. The drum rasp is configured to pass over and treat the top surface of the wall panel as the drum rasp assembly is displaced along the pair of support rails.
