The tool further includes a rasp grating attached to the bottom of the frame between the first end and the second end, the rasp grating including multiple scraping teeth. The tool also includes a first shoe, having a bottom surface, attached to the first end of the frame and a second shoe, having a bottom surface, attached to the second end of the frame. The bottom surface of the first shoe and the bottom surface of the second shoe are coplanar with a tip of each of the multiple scraping teeth.
