TAPPING APPARATUS WITH A THREAD CHECKING MECHANISM
A tapping apparatus adapted for tapping a workpiece includes a lower die unit to drive the workpiece to move along a conveying direction, and an upper die unit disposed above and movable upwardly and downwardly relative to the lower die unit. A tapping mechanism is disposed between the lower and upper die units to be driven by the upper die unit for tapping the workpiece so that the workpiece is formed with a tapped hole. A thread checking mechanism is disposed between the lower and upper die units and is spaced apart from the tapping mechanism along the conveying direction. The thread checking mechanism is driven by the upper die unit for checking the tapped hole of the workpiece.

Driving system for machining tools or other tooling usable with metal-fabricating presses or other machines
Driving systems for tools used with metal-fabricating presses or other machines, whereby planetary gears are used in the systems, and whereby the driving systems can be constructed for use with particular tooling, such as tapping tools, and complementary systems can be exemplarily configured for use with such driving systems. The driving systems can enable enhanced tool output as compared to conventional driving mechanisms, while also enabling variable disassembly and configuration of the systems relative to the intended machining operations.

Tap Guide Device And Systems And Methods For Using Same
Tap guide assembly devices, systems, and methods are disclosed herein. A tap guide assembly can have a body assembly, a tension pin assembly, a tension spring, and a setscrew. The body assembly can have an elongate body and a drill bushing. The drill bushing can have a diameter that is less than the diameter of the elongate body and can be positioned within a portion of the elongate body. The tension pin assembly can have a pin and a collar and can be configured to be received within the body assembly. The tension spring can be positioned proximate to the collar. The setscrew can be securely positioned proximate to the tension spring and within the second opening of the elongate body.
MAGNETIC TAPPING GUIDE DEVICE
The present application provides a magnetic tapping guide device to guide a tap for threading in a workpiece. The magnetic tapping guide device includes a guide seat configured to contact with the workpiece; a guide portion positioned outside the guide seat, having a pilot hole for guiding the tap; and a magnetic module positioned inside the guide seat, configured to provide a magnetic force to keep the guide seat in contact with the workpiece, the magnetic force of the magnetic module being adjustable.

TAP TOOL HOLDER
A tap tool holder for a tap tool is disclosed. The tap tool has a cylindrical body and a tap extended from the cylindrical body. The tap tool holder includes a bracket sleeve for inserting the tap and a positioning collar. An annular inner step is formed in one end of the bracket sleeve. The positioning collar is carried on the annular inner step. The positioning collar has an outer ring wall, and the outer ring wall is attached to the annular inner step. The positioning collar has an inner ring wall, and a shape of the inner ring wall corresponds to an outer side wall of the cylindrical body so as to sleeve the cylindrical body. With the positioning collar that can be replaced corresponding to tap tools, tap tools of various sizes can be positioned in the bracket sleeve to facilitate tapping.

Pipe threading or cutting device
A modification system for the modification of elongated pieces of stock may include a powered tool for modifying, or altering the piece of elongated stock, and a support device for supporting a position of the elongated stock relative to the powered tool. An arrangement of the components of the powered tool may provide for ergonomic balance of the powered tool. The support device may include a clamping device that clamps, or holds the elongated stock, and an adjustment device that adjusts a position of the clamping device based on a size of the elongated stock. The support device may include a latching device that maintains the position of the clamping device relative to the stock. A reaction arm may inhibit rotation of the tool relative to the stock during operation. A biasing device may provide for application of an axial biasing force on the stock, to initiate operation.
