ROTARY TABLE WITH LEAKAGE DETECTION FUNCTION
A rotary table includes a housing having a first groove, a second groove and a drainage channel connecting the first groove and the second groove, a motor, a shaft located in the housing and provided with a guide portion, and a leak detection belt set in an accommodation chamber in the housing and embedded in the second groove. In this way, if liquid enters the housing, the guide portion of the shaft guides the liquid into the first groove, so that the liquid reaches the second groove along the drainage channel. At this time, the leak detection belt can be used for leakage detection to protect key components.
Lower guide unit of electrical discharge machine
A compact lower guide unit that allows the electrode guide to be attached and detached more easily and reliably. Provided is a lower guide unit including a housing, an electrode guide, and a pull-up mechanism having a guide support, links, and a power cylinder. The guide support includes a biasing member and a displacement member. The biasing member can bias the displacement member, and the displacement member can be displaced between a restriction position and a release position. The links can be rotated by a force applied by the power cylinder. The electrode guide is fixed to the guide support by a biasing force of the biasing member when the displacement member is in the restriction position, and the electrode guide is released from the lower guide unit when the displacement member is displaced to the release position.
ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING APPARATUS
An electrical discharge machining apparatus comprises a carrier and an electrical discharge machining (EDM) unit. The carrier is provided with a jig comprising a carrier plate for carrying a to-be-machined object, and the to-be-machined object is defined with a machining target area. The electrical discharge machining (EDM) unit applies a discharge energy to the machining target area through a discharge electrode with a non-uniform electric field distribution, so that the electric field is concentrated on a traveling direction. The carrier plate has an adhesive layer capable of adhering and fixing the to-be-machined object, capable of avoiding jitter of the to-be-machined object during an electrical discharge machining procedure, and capable of avoiding burrs before an end of the electrical discharge machining procedure, and making the machining target area to be located above the carrier plate to be capable of preventing the jig from hindering the electrical discharge machining procedure.
ECM SYSTEM, HAVING A HOLDER AND A MACHINING PLATFORM
The invention relates to an ECM system comprising a holder for the arranging of at least one component to be machined and at least one machining station for the electrochemical machining of the at least one component at at least one machining position. The ECM system has a positioning apparatus, which is designed to mount, in a predefined position, a machining platform arranged on the positioning apparatus, and the machining platform comprises at least one machining station having at least one electrode arranged thereon, which electrode can be moved along a machining path in order to machine the at least one component that can be arranged on the holder.
Electrical discharge machining apparatus
An EDM machine includes a machine head, a wire guide, a machining wire extending from the wire guide to the machine head, a rotary table mounted to a first surface and a fixed table mounted to the rotary table, and a fixture mounted to the fixed table. The fixture includes a mounting portion substantially circumscribing the fixture. The mounting portion further includes a mounting surface. The mounting surface is closer to a first surface than an upper surface of the fixed table.
SYSTEM FOR REMOVING ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING SPECIMENS FROM A BUILD PLATE
The present disclosure provides a system for aiding in the removal of one or more test specimens from a build plate. The system includes an anchor portion disposed separate from the build plate. The anchor portion may include one or more attachment points for receiving and attaching one more stretchable bands. The stretchable bands may be sized to be stretched from each of the one or more specimens to the one or more of the attachment points. In this manner, a pulling force may be imparted on each test specimen, and the test specimen is moved away from the build plate during its removal. The system may be utilized particularly in conjunction with EDM and removing the test specimens using an EDM wire.
ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR MACHINING ELONGATED WORKPIECES
An apparatus for electrical discharge machining process is disclosed. The apparatus comprises adjustable supports, up-on which an elongated workpiece to be machined can be placed and rotated. The adjustable support allows to adjust the position of the workpiece with respect to a base plate. The apparatus further comprises a rotating member, adapted to grip one end of the elongated workpiece to be machined and rotate it around its longitudinal axis. Also disclosed are a method for machining rotor and a monolithic shaft-impeller rotor.
