Portable device for precision plasma and oxy-fuel torch cutting
A portable device for precision plasma and oxy-fuel torch cutting is provided. Versions of an example portable cutting torch tool guide the gun of a cutting torch to make precision linear cuts or curved cuts in a metal workpiece. In an implementation, the device is a gun for a cutting torch, with an integrated rail follower and adjustable vertical and horizontal offsets from a workpiece. The cutting torch tool may use various kinds of rails for stable cuts, with optional movement damping, motorized drive, servos for vertical and horizontal offset, and remote control with user interface.
AUTOMATED WELDING SYSTEM FOR INTERCHANGEABLE WELDING HEADS
An automated welding system includes a support structure, a plurality of welding heads, and a controller. The plurality of welding heads are each removably, mechanically coupleable to the support structure. The controller is configured to control welding operations of the automated welding system based on an identity of a particular welding head of the plurality of welding heads that is mechanically coupled to the support structure and operably coupled to the controller.

A laser processor includes a machining head and a cartridge configured to be inserted in the machining head. The machining head includes an optical path of a laser beam, a pressing member, and a stopper surface. The cartridge is configured to be pressed along the optical path toward the stopper surface by the pressing member when the cartridge is in the machining head. The cartridge includes an optical component configured to be positioned in the optical path when the cartridge is in the machining head. The optical component has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface along the optical path, a first member configured to contact the first surface of the optical component and the pressing member, and a second member configured to contact the second surface of the optical component and the stopper surface.

The rotating arc sensor includes a motor, a connecting rod for driving a welding gun to perform an annular movement, a sliding assembly for supporting a weight of the connecting rod and supporting a free movement of a first end of the connecting rod, and an eccentric oscillating member for driving a second end of the connecting rod to perform the annular movement, wherein a center of a rotating shaft of the motor is provided with a hollow cavity capable of communicating with both ends of the motor, the sliding assembly is disposed at a top end of the motor, and the first end of the connecting rod protrudes out of the top end of the motor through the hollow cavity and is connected with the sliding assembly. The eccentric oscillating member includes a first flange and a second flange.
Fastener welding apparatus
A fastener welding apparatus having a frame assembly, a welding assembly, a coupling assembly and a locating assembly. The welding assembly has a welder frame and a welding electrode assembly coupled thereto. The coupling assembly has a suspension frame, a frame axle and a welding axle. The frame axle is fixedly engaged to the frame assembly and the welding axle is fixedly engaged to the welding assembly. The suspension frame is pivotably coupled to each of the frame axle and the welding axle. The locating assembly is structurally configured to selectively allow the suspension frame to pivot relative to the frame axle and the welding axle.

Link actuation device
This link actuation device includes: a proximal end side link hub; a distal end side link hub; and three or more link mechanisms which each couple the distal end side link hub to the proximal end side link hub. Each link mechanism includes: proximal side and distal side end link members, and an intermediate link member. The link mechanism is provided with an actuator which arbitrarily changes the posture of the distal end side link hub relative to the proximal end side link hub. A workpiece is disposed on the proximal end side link hub, and an end effector is disposed in the distal end side link hub so as to face inside of arrangement of the link hubs and perform work onto the workpiece.
Rotatable plasma cutting torch assembly with short connections
