SYSTEM AND METHOD TO ADJUST EXTENSION LENGTHS OF SLATS OF A WORK PLATFORM RELATIVE TO A WORKPIECE
A system to adjust extension lengths of slats of a work platform relative to a workpiece includes sensors to collect first data associated with a position of an outer surface of the workpiece at a height of the slats. The system includes actuators configured to extend or retract the slats. The system also includes a controller coupled to the sensors and to the actuators. The controller is configured to receive the first data and second data associated with rotation of the workpiece. The controller is configured to provide signals to the actuators of the work platform based on the first data and the second data. The signals cause the actuators to adjust or maintain extension lengths of the slats of the work platform to maintain separation distances between ends of the slats and the outer surface of the workpiece within a separation distance range as the workpiece rotates.
A KIND OF SELF-ADJUSTING STATIC PRESSURED PLANE GUIDE RAIL
A self-adjusting static pressured plane guide rail consists of a base, slider provided on the base and an upper pressing plate corresponding to the shoulders on both sides of the slider; wherein: each upper pressing plate's outer edge contacts the base to form a fulcrum and the upper pressing plate's inner edge acts as the force portion and a upper pressing block is set between force portion and the slider's shoulder and a metal wire is set between the upper pressing block's top surface and the force portion's bottom surface of upper pressing plate along the slider's sliding direction; the upper pressing plate is provided with pre-tightening bolt to connect the base in a fixed way. When vibration frequency changes during operation, the oil film gap changes accordingly due to pre-tightening bolt's elasticity of the mutual function and the metal wire's elasticity to always maintain oil film layer's rigidity function.
WORKTABLE FOR TILE CUTTER WITH WATER DRAINAGE ASSEMBLY
A worktable for tile cutter with water drainage assembly includes a movable platform and a pivotable guiding member. The movable platform has a drainage channel defined therein. The guiding member has a diversion channel defined therein and communicated with the drainage channel. The guiding member has a first diversion opening and a second diversion opening respectively located on two ends thereof. When the movable platform is in a first position, the first diversion opening is inclined downwards such that the diversion channel guides the water from the drainage channel through the first diversion opening to a water collection tank located under the movable platform. When the movable platform is in a second position, the second diversion opening is inclined downwards such that the diversion channel guides the water from the drainage channel to the water collection tank. Therefore, the draining worktable can provide a good drainage effect.
Linear positioner
Systems, methods, and apparatus for positioning and/or processing items, such as workpieces. The systems, methods, and apparatus may include or use a linear positioner forming a track. In some embodiments, the linear positioner may include a carriage configured to be driven along the track to a desired position, in response to a signal(s), such as a radiofrequency signal(s), received from a computer, which may be a general-purpose, handheld computer, such as a phone or tablet. In some embodiments, the linear positioner may comprise a shuttle including a motor and a carriage, and may be configured to drive itself as a unit along the track. In some embodiments, the track may include a rack having a linear array of teeth formed by two or more frame sections, such as table sections, coupled end to end, with each support section providing a segment of the rack.
CUTTING TOOL FOR BORING, MACHINING APPARATUS FOR BORING AND METHOD FOR BORING
A cutting tool for boring (40) that is attached to a machining apparatus and used for cutting a hole (13) on a large-diameter side of a stepped hole of a workpiece (10) is provided. The cutting tool for boring (40) is a set of two tools, and each cutting tool for boring (40a, 40b) in the set of two includes a shaft part (41), a cutting blade (42) laterally protruding from the respective shaft parts (41), and an abutment surface (43) formed at the tip of each shaft part (41) and used to cause the tips of the respective shaft parts (41) to butt against each other. Each cutting tool for boring (40a, 40b) performs cutting while the two cutting tools for boring (40a, 40b) rotate integrally around the center line of the shaft parts (41) in a coupled state in which the tips of the cutting tools for boring (40a, 40b) are butted together.
Positioning system
A positioning system moves an object in two generally orthogonal directions using a rotationally adjustable bearing system that connects the object to two pairs of non-parallel rails, the bearing system permitting the object to be smoothly translated in one or two directions to a desired position in planar space. This translation is performed smoothly notwithstanding a lack of parallelism between the linear rails.
DRILL PRESS TABLE SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides a system and method relating to work tables. The system comprises a table that attaches to a drill press. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to a drill press table with a fence and optionally a drawer, a vacuum assembly, flip stop assemblies, and various other components. Various operation of using the table are described herein.
Redundant parallel positioning table device
A redundant positioning table device with six or fewer degrees of freedom having four modular legs extended from a base to a table, each legs being with three levels and the same types of joints. In one embodiment, the bottom joint is planar and active, the middle joint is prismatic and passive, and the top joint is spherical and passive. In another embodiment, the bottom joint is prismatic and passive, the middle joint is planar and active, and the top joint is spherical and passive. Fewer than six degrees of freedom is achieved by reducing the number of degrees of freedom of designated joints.
Internal milling machine
In the internal milling machine according to the invention for milling a work piece that rotates during machining with an annular internal milling cutter (5) on the one hand side the Z slide (4a, b) of each tool support (3a, b) includes a pass through opening and on the other hand side the transversal slide (7) supporting the internal milling cutter (5) is move able in the X-direction, the running direction of the mounting surface (1a) of the bed (1) wherein the mounting surface slopes downward in a forward direction. Based on this general configuration and in particular the arrangement of the Z-slides (6a, b) for the at least one tool support (3a, b) outside of the Z-supports (16a, b) for the opposite spindle stock (2′) yields advantageous centers of gravity in particular of the move able components and a high level of stability of the machine and therefore high level of machining precision of the machine.
