PALLET SUPPLY APPARATUS
The present invention includes a pallet storage device (30) having holding units (31, 32, 33) holding pallets (P) and a frame (40) supporting the holding units (31, 32, 33), a conveyance device (10) having a traveling base (11) having a traveling path (11a) extending along the pallet storage device (30) and a conveyance unit (15) loading and unloading the pallets (P) into and from the holding units (31, 32, 33) and conveying the pallets (P) to and from a predetermined place, and a controller (60) controlling operation of the conveyance device (10). The frame (40) has a space capable of receiving the controller (60) therein and has a plate-shaped cover (43, 48, 51) arranged to be located above the controller (60) and inclined downward toward the traveling base (11) side. The cover (43, 48, 51) is supported by the frame (40) such that a lower end of the cover (43, 48, 51) can be flipped up, and the cover (40) is configured such that the controller (60) can pass under the cover (43, 48, 51) when the lower end of the cover (43, 48, 51) is in a flipped-up state.
CNC MACHINING APPARATUS
Disclosed is a CNC machining apparatus (100). The CNC machining apparatus (100) comprises a first moving plate (40) configured in X axis on a stationary base (30), a second moving plate (50) mounted in Y axis on an upper portion of a support member (20), a third moving plate (60) mounted in Z axis on the second moving plate (50). The third moving plate (60) includes having a spindle (55) mounted thereon, wherein the spindle (55) includes a cutting tool (53) configured therein. The CNC machining apparatus (100) also comprises a fourth moving frame (70) configured in A axis on the first moving plate (40), a fifth moving frame (80) configured in B axis on the Z axis moving plate (60), and a sixth moving frame (90) configured in Z1 axis in the B axis plate (80). The spindle (55) moves vertically up and down on Z axis, swings around B axis pivot and also moves up and down in Z1 axis that is mounted on B axis.

A machine tool includes a table, a first guide portion and a second guide portion that guide the table in the Z-axis direction and are arranged apart from each other in an X-axis direction, and a bed that includes a first guide mounting portion and a second guide mounting portion on which the first guide portion and the second guide portion are mounted respectively, and is provided with an opening portion which is located between the first guide mounting portion and the second guide mounting portion and penetrates in a Y-axis direction. The first guide mounting portion and the second guide mounting portion are respectively provided with a first facing surface and a second facing surface which face each other across the opening portion. The bed further includes a rib portion which is located in the opening portion and connected to the first facing surface and the second facing surface.

The table includes a workpiece holder, a table base including a first support portion and a second support portion for turnably supporting the workpiece holder at positions spaced from each other in an X-axis direction, the workpiece holder being mounted on the table base, and a turning device that is provided in the first support portion, and turns the workpiece holder around a turning center axis extending in the X-axis direction. The machine tool further includes a first feeding device and a second feeding device that are provided on the bed and are connected to the first support portion and the second support portion respectively to drive the table in the Z-axis direction.
