LATHE
A technology capable of downsizing the lathe is provided. The lathe comprises a spindle which rotates a workpiece on a spindle axis, a turret head, and a tool unit switching driving unit. The turret head has a plurality of turret surfaces to which a tool unit is radially attached around an indexing axis. To at least part of the turret surfaces, the tool unit is attached in a plurality of attaching positions provided in an indexing axis direction along the indexing axis. The tool unit switching driving unit rotates the turret head on the indexing axis and moves the turret head in the indexing axis direction to switch the tool units for use to machine the workpiece.
Abrasive belt grinding center applicable to grinding and polishing of whole profile of blisk
An abrasive belt grinding center applicable to grinding and polishing of a whole profile of a blisk is provided, an X-axis feed mechanism, a Y-axis feed mechanism, a Z-axis feed mechanism, a B-axis rotation mechanism and a C-axis rotation mechanism constitute a grinding head feed mechanism, and a housing, a drum, a synchronous driven pulley, a synchronous belt, a synchronous driving pulley, and a grinding head rotation driving motor constitute a grinding head rotation mechanism. In the present application, two grinding heads are utilized to reasonably assign the machining angle and the feeding, and rough machining and fine machining can be both realized by one time of clamping, and the combination of six degrees of freedom in space is achieved by a short drive chain, and further the rigidities of a grinding head mechanism and a workpiece clamping mechanism are ensured.
HANDLING ASSEMBLY OF A MACHINE TOOL
The invention relates to a handling assembly (1) for handling tools and/or workpieces (16) of a machine tool (2), comprising a horizontal rail assembly (101), a vertical tower (3) which is arranged to be movable on the horizontal rail assembly (101) in the direction of a horizontal axis (21), a vertical rail assembly (102) which is arranged on the tower (3), a vertical carriage (12) which is arranged to be movable on the vertical rail assembly (102) in the vertical direction (B), exactly one one-piece rigid arm (15), which is arranged on the vertical carriage (12) and is swivel-mounted about a horizontal, first swivel axis (13) on the vertical carriage (12), and a manipulator (5) which is arranged on the arm (15) and is swivel-mounted about a horizontal, second swivel axis (14) on the arm (15), wherein the arm (15) is swivel-mounted about a vertical swivel axis (103; 104), wherein the first swivel axis (13) is parallel to the second swivel axis (14), and wherein the first swivel axis (13) is arranged on a first side of the vertical swivel axis (103; 104) in a first distance (A1) from the vertical swivel axis (103; 104).
Machine tool
Provided is a machine tool including: a movable drum base (4); a drum (5) that is incorporated in the drum base (4) and is circular in outline; and a quill main spindle (6) penetrating through the drum (5) in a central axis direction of the drum (5), wherein protrusion allowance from the drum (5) is adjustable, wherein a bearing provided along an outer circumference of the drum (5) is interposed between the drum base (4) and the drum (5) such that the drum (5) is rotatable in the drum base (4), and movement of the drum base (4), rotation of the drum (5), and protrusion allowance adjustment of the quill main spindle (6) from the drum (5) allow a tool (10) mounted on the quill main spindle (6) to be positioned.
CNC MACHINE, DRIVE AND METHOD FOR MACHINING A WORKPIECE
The disclosure relates to a CNC machine, in particular a machine for additive manufacturing involving laser welding. The CNC machine comprises a workpiece support that can be moved in a plane along an x-axis and a y-axis. At least for movement along the x-axis, the CNC machine comprises two synchronously moving drives and a counterbalance which moves in the opposite direction.
