Provided is a machine tool capable of reducing the influence of vibration from the side of a base of a vibration removal device. A machine tool is provided with: a vibration removal device that is provided on a base and that blocks the vibration transmitted from the base; a frame which is disposed on the vibration removal device and on which the machine tool body is placed; a container that is disposed on the base, that is for storing a liquid, and that is connected to a hose for discharging the stored liquid; and a flow path that is provided to the frame and that is for passing the liquid flowing from the machine tool body to the end of the frame and pouring the liquid into the container.

ANGLE GRINDER
Disclosed is an angle grinder. An operation body is configured to control the polishing of an action head end, one end of a head housing is detachably connected to the operation body, the other end of the head housing is detachably connected to a front cover. One end of a rotor shaft extends out of the head housing and the front cover; a bearing is sleeved on the periphery of the rotor shaft; the front cover is located on the periphery of the bearing; and an installation stopper can be detachably installed on the rotor shaft and can rotate synchronously with the rotor shaft. One side of the bearing is in contact with the shoulder of the rotor shaft, and the other side of the bearing is contact with the installation stopper. The bearing can be clamped by the installation stopper and the shoulder of the rotor shaft.
Air bleeder and method for bleeding air
An air bleeder includes a branch, a lubricant supply conduit, and a return conduit. Lubricant stored in a tank is to be supplied to a valve provided in a machine tool via the lubricant supply conduit. The lubricant supply conduit includes a first supply conduit, and a second supply conduit. The first supply conduit connects the branch and the tank. The second supply conduit connects the branch at a first connecting position and the valve. The return conduit connects the tank and the branch at a second connecting position higher than the first connecting position in a height direction along a height of the air bleeder to return lubricant to the tank and to remove air from lubricant in the lubricant supply conduit.
MACHINE TOOL SYSTEM
Provided is a machine tool system that can supply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to a machine tool according to the operation thereof. The machine tool system comprises: a lubricating oil supply unit that supplies a lubricating oil to a feed shaft of a machine tool; a code analysis unit that analyzes a machining program and determines whether a specific reciprocating operation is to be carried out at the feed shaft; and a control unit which, if it has been determined that the specific reciprocating operation is to be carried out, changes the supply of the lubricating oil via the lubricating oil supply unit to an exclusive pattern when the machine tool carries out the specific reciprocating operation.
Processing apparatus
A processing apparatus includes a chuck table having a holding surface for holding a workpiece; a horizontal moving mechanism that moves the chuck table in a horizontal direction and is supplied with a first oil; and a vertical moving mechanism that moves a processing unit in a vertical direction and is supplied with a second oil. Before mounting the workpiece on the holding surface, the holding surface is imaged by a camera while being irradiated with light, and it is examined whether or not the picked-up image is emitting light. If there is a light-emitting part in the picked-up image, it is determined that oil is adhered to the light-emitting part.
Main spindle device for machine tool
A main spindle device for a machine tool has a hollow main spindle, which is supported by a housing such that the hollow main spindle can rotate. The main spindle device is provided with: an annular cylinder, which is fixed to the housing, and is formed extending into the main spindle, said annular cylinder having an opening formed in the axis line direction of the main spindle; and a cooling path formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder to face the inner circumferential surface of the main spindle.
Fan-equipped motor
A fan-equipped motor includes: a motor for rotating a spindle, the motor including a hollow-shaped motor shaft in which a through hole is formed; and a fan for cooling the motor, the fan including a hollow-shaped rotary shaft in which a through hole is formed, and a plurality of blades attached to the rotary shaft, the fan being disposed on the side of the motor that is opposite to the spindle. The motor shaft and the rotary shaft are disposed so that cooling air produced by the fan flows in a different passage and in a different direction from a gas supplied into the through hole of the rotary shaft and flowing in the through hole of the motor shaft.
IMPACT TOOL AND DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
An impact tool includes a housing, an impact mechanism unit, a motor, and a dust collection fan. The housing is configured to mount a dust collection attachment. The impact mechanism unit is disposed inside the housing. The impact mechanism unit has a front end to which a tool bit is mounted and an impact element that reciprocates. The impact mechanism unit is configured to impact the tool bit by the impact element. The motor is disposed such that a rotation shaft of the motor intersects with an impact axis direction of the impact mechanism unit inside the housing. The dust collection fan is disposed on the rotation shaft. The dust collection fan is disposed below the motor.
Machine tool
A machine tool (1) includes a spindle (32) supported on a support surface (37a) of a support body (37) with such an orientation that the longitudinal axis of the spindle extends along the support surface (37a). The spindle (32) is movable in a vertical direction that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the spindle (32). The support body (37) is provided with a ventilation hole (80) extending through the support body (37) between the support surface (37a) and a surface (37b) facing in the direction opposite to the support surface (37a), to open toward the spindle (32).
