A servomotor drives the lead screw to rotate, and by virtue of meshing matching of the annular teeth and the lead screw, the turning block can turn along the centers of the T-shaped annular grooves in the base.

A machine tool includes a rotation indexing device. The rotation indexing device includes a frame accommodates a rotary shaft, a drive motor rotationally drives the rotary shaft, a drive transmission mechanism accommodated in a space inside the frame, and a detection device. The drive transmission mechanism includes a gear mechanism, and the space includes one or more storage parts for storing lubricating oil. The detection device detects a height position of an oil level of the lubricating oil, and is provided on a one-to-one basis with respect to a detection target storage part, which is set as a detection target, of the one or more storage parts.

The reduction gear is joined to the other end side of the propeller shaft to decelerate the rotation of the propeller shaft. The reduction gear causes an output shaft joined to an object to rotate around a second axis.

A plurality of fixture mount assemblies are positioned on an actuation surface of the rotatable indexing assembly, each individual fixture mount assembly is associated with and mechanically coupled to an individual radial stage. One or more slotted drive hubs communicatively coupled to independently operable drive motors are positioned adjacent to the actuation surface of the rotatable indexing assembly and are engageable with the plurality of fixture mount assemblies. When an individual fixture mount assembly is engaged with an individual slotted drive hub, an individual independently operable drive motor can independently control the individual fixture mount assembly such that the individual radial stage mechanically coupled to the individual fixture mount assembly is moveably coupled to the independently operable drive motor.

The angle sensor is disposed on one end of the driver shaft or a rotation center of the tool disc. When the rotation angle of the tool disc matches the tool change command, the control terminal controls the brake structure to stop the motor, so as to stop the tool disc for facilitating the tool change operation.

The turret portion rotates to move any selected processing tool to a proper processing position when the engagement units are separated. The engagement between the engagement units allows the selected processing tool to rotate on its axis. The processing accuracy is increased and the service life is prolonged.
