Machine tool
Provided is a machine tool capable of facilitating switching moving ranges of the moving unit. A moving-side cover provided on the moving unit covers part of a position of the driving apparatus in the moving direction. A supporting-side cover is provided in a position on a side of the first moving range of an end of the moving-side cover on a side of the second moving range in the moving direction to continuously cover the part of the position of the driving apparatus in the moving direction in cooperation with the moving-side cover in the first use state. The supporting-side cover forms a clearance in the moving direction with respect to the moving-side cover in the second use state. A slide cover is mounted on one of supporting-side cover and the moving-side cover slidably in the moving direction to close the clearance when slidably drawn out in the moving direction.
WORKPIECE EXCHANGE DEVICE AND METHOD
A workpiece exchange device, including: a workpiece spindle; and a workpiece library, wherein: the workpiece spindle is arranged on a pallet, the pallet is arranged on a slide table, the pallet can move along a Z axis of a machine tool, and the slide table can move along an X axis of the machine tool; and the workpiece library is used to store workpieces, and the workpiece spindle can move along the X-axis and Z-axis of the machine tool and grab a workpiece. The present invention also discloses a method for exchanging workpieces. Through the coordinated movement of the slide table and the pallet, the workpiece spindle can take out a workpiece to be machined from the workpiece library or return a machined workpiece into the workpiece library. The present invention uses a machine tool coordinate system to grab the workpiece with high precision and high speed, and does not need to add an auxiliary mechanism, and has the advantages of simple structure, high stability and good reliability.
LATHE
A lathe includes a spindle rotatable on a spindle axis, a tool post to which a tool is attachable, an X1-axis ball screw extended in an X1-axis direction perpendicular to the spindle axis and capable of moving the tool post in the X1-axis direction, and an X1-axis support bearing provided on an end of the X1-axis ball screw with respect to the X1-axis direction to restrict movement of the X1-axis ball screw in the X1-axis direction. The tool post is provided with an X1-axis ball screw nut engaged with the X1-axis ball screw. The X1-axis ball screw nut is movable in the X1-axis direction according to rotation of the X1-axis ball screw. The direction that the X1-axis ball screw nut approaches the X1-axis support bearing faces the same direction as the direction that the tool cuts into the workpiece.
MACHINE TOOL AND MACHINE TOOL CONTROL METHOD
A machine tool capable of reducing entry of a workpiece chip into a product discharge chute. A controller controls a receipt of a product made of a workpiece held by a first spindle by a product receiver in a product receiving position, movement of the product receiver to a product dropping position and rotation of the product receiver to drop the product to the product discharge chute through an opening of the product discharge chute, and movement of the product receiver to the product receiving position to receive the product again. A second spindle is kept on standby in the product dropping position during which the opening of the product discharge chute is closed by the product receiver.

A turning method includes driving a first movement apparatus to locate a cutting edge of a turning tool at a first radial position; driving a second movement apparatus to move the turning tool in an axial direction to perform first turning with the cutting edge at the first radial position; driving the second movement apparatus to move the turning tool away from a workpiece in the axial direction after performing the first turning; calculating an error between the processed dimension and a target dimension; driving a third movement apparatus, which is configured to move the turning tool relative to the first movement apparatus in a radial direction, to locate the cutting edge of the turning tool at a second radial position to correct the error; and driving the second movement apparatus to move the turning tool in the axial direction to perform second turning at the second radial position.
SPINDLE DEVICE OF MACHINE TOOL
A spindle device of a machine tool in which a tool or a workpiece is retained on a spindle, and which carries out machining by moving the tool and the workpiece relative to one another is provided with a support member having a bearing surface, a housing which releasably contacts the support member on the bearing surface, and which rotatably supports the spindle, a first biasing device which presses the housing against the support member, and a pressing force adjusting unit which adjusts a pressing force of the first biasing device.
MACHINE TOOL
Provided is a machine tool capable of facilitating switching moving ranges of the moving unit. A supporting-side cover is provided in a position on a side of the first moving range of an end of the moving-side cover on a side of the second moving range in the moving direction to continuously cover the part of the position of the driving apparatus in the moving direction in cooperation with the moving-side cover in the first use state. The supporting-side cover forms a clearance in the moving direction with respect to the moving-side cover in the second use state. A slide cover is mounted on one of supporting-side cover and the moving-side cover slidably in the moving direction to close the clearance when slidably drawn out in the moving direction.
Machine tool with work transferring mechanism
A machine tool with work transferring mechanism provided with a work transferring mechanism which transfers a work and receives/delivers the work from/to a main spindle. In the front-rear direction, the space inside the machine tool is divided via a shutter into a machining space in which the main spindle is arranged and a transferring space in which the work transferring mechanism transfers the work. The work transferring mechanism is equipped with a work retainer retaining the work and a moving mechanism moving the work retainer. While the work attached to the main spindle is machined, the work retainer is preliminarily moved by the moving mechanism to a vicinity of the main spindle via the shutter.
Processing mechanism
A mechanism for machining a workpiece includes a fixing base, a driving member, a connecting member, a cutter, a first guiding sleeve, and a spring. The driving member is positioned above the fixing base. The connecting member is coupled to the driving member. One end of the cutter is fixed to the connecting member, and the cutter is passed through the fixing base to machine the workpiece positioned under the fixing base. The spring is positioned between the connecting member and the fixing base. The spring is compressed when the driving member drives the cutter away from the fixing base to machine the workpiece, and the spring restores to bring the cutter back toward the fixing base after the machining.
MACHINE TOOL WITH WORK TRANSFERRING MECHANISM
A machine tool with work transferring mechanism 1 provided with a work transferring mechanism 8 which transfers a work 10 and receives/delivers the work 10 from/to a main spindle 3, wherein in the front-rear direction, the space inside the machine tool 1 is divided via a shutter 11 into a machining space 12 in which the main spindle 3 is arranged and a transferring space 13 in which the work transferring mechanism 8 transfers the work 10; the work transferring mechanism 8 is equipped with a work retainer 9 retaining the work 10, and a moving mechanism moving the work retainer 9; and while the work 10 attached to the main spindle 3 is being machined, the work retainer 9 is preliminarily moved by the moving mechanism to a vicinity of the main spindle 3 via the shutter 11.
