Modular machine and method of assembly
A method of assembling a modular machine on-site. The modular machine includes a first container frame including a first machine module attachable to the first container frame, and a second container frame including a second machine module releasably attachable to the second container frame. Further, the first machine module and the second machine module are connectable to each other. The method includes arranging the first container frame on top of a support. Further, the second container frame is arranged to be in contact with the first container frame, wherein alignment means of the first container frame and alignment means of the second container frame are arranged in connection with each other. Moreover, the second machine module is released from the second container frame and moved from a transportation position to a working position. Additionally, the second machine module is connected to the first machine module.
MODULAR FIXTURE PLATE ALIGNMENT SYSTEM
A modular fixture plate system includes fixture plates and docking stations for securing the fixture plates to a worksurface. Fixture plates include recessed corners for receiving keystones. A keystone may be used as a docking station in addition to or instead of a corresponding rail system. Fixture plates include magnets for providing a secure attachment to keystones, rails and other fixture plates to allow for rapid loading of parts and plates on any CMM or manufacturing system. Fixture plates are designed to be stacked multiple wide to fill the table and maximize coverage of a work surface. The keystone design allows a user to create L configurations or T configurations of plates from a single docking location.
MODULAR FIXTURE PLATE SYSTEM FOR POSITIONING A WORKPIECE DURING A MANUFACTURING AND/OR INSPECTION PROCESS
A modular fixture plate system comprising:
at least one interlocking fixture plate comprising at least one of a male end and a female end, wherein the male end comprises at least one male projection and the female end comprises at least one female recess; and
a docking plate comprising at least one of at least one male projection and at least one female recess;
wherein at least one male projection or female recess of the at least one interlocking fixture plate is interlocked with a mating one of the at least one male projection or the at least one female recess of the docking plate.
MACHINE BASE FOR USE IN A MACHINING SYSTEM AND MACHINING SYSTEM COMPRISING SUCH A MACHINE BASE
A machine base for use in a machining system comprising at least one work piece holder device receiving section having a work piece holder device interface comprising an aligning means adapted for receiving the work piece holder device aligned on a z-axis, at least one first machining unit receiving section provided with a first machining unit interface adapted for receiving a first machining unit comprising a first tool holder interface, at least one second machining unit receiving section provided with a second machining unit interface adapted for receiving a second machining unit comprising a second tool holder interface, the first and second machining unit interfaces being arranged on opposing first and second sides of and at distances from the work piece holder device interface and are movable at least along the x- or y-axis, respectively, and at least one work piece transfer unit receiving section.
MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
A manufacturing system including a base and multiple work machine modules that are arranged in an arrangement direction on base to be attachable to and detachable from base, in which one wheel of a pair provided on work machine module is engaged with one rail of a pair provided on base in a state in which positional deviation in the arrangement direction is prohibited, and the other wheel of the pair is engaged with the other rail of the pair in a state in which positional deviation is permitted in the arrangement direction, thereby the position of work machine modules on the base in the arrangement direction is specified, and work machine modules are fixed at a setting position on the base to be restricted so as to be drawn toward the base by a module fixing mechanism that is provided on the base.
MACHINING CENTER
A machining center including a machine main body, an upper section of which supports a head moving device and a head raising and lowering device, configured such that tool magazine 120 is stored inside the machine main body, and with a magazine moving device configured to move tool magazine 120 such that, during tool exchange, tool magazine 120 is advanced to protrude from a side of the machine main body, so that, from the multiple tool holders, the tool holder used for exchange is positioned inside the movement range of the main shaft by the head moving device, and wherein the entire tool magazine 120 is able to be moved beyond the movement range of the tool magazine by the magazine moving device to a position outside of the machine main body and detached from the machine main body.
Ring holding fixture and accessory system
A ring holder system comprising a ring holder base with a body that can be oriented horizontally and vertically on a flat work surface. The base includes a single mandrel extending from a front end face of the base, angled upper tool mounting surfaces circumferentially offset from a top surface of the base, and a flat rear end face for resting the base in a vertical work orientation on a flat surface. A horizontal tool adapter mount is configured to be removably mounted on one of the angled upper tool mounting surfaces, and a vertical tool adapter is configured to be mounted on the bottom surface of the base in the vertical work orientation. The mandrel includes a threaded mounting ring at an inner end of the mandrel adjacent the front end face of the base for mounting accessories such as vises and pitch cups rotatably on the mandrel in the vertical work orientation.
Jig and method for making reinforcement cage
The present disclosure relates to a jig for manufacturing a reinforcement cage, which comprises a base member, a plurality of rollers disposed on the base member and spaced at intervals, a trolley which is movable on the base member; a driving device for driving the trolley; and a member for positioning the main reinforcement disposed at the first end of the base member.
