An apparatus and a method for delivering a workpiece to and from a machine table. The apparatus includes a rotatable plate and a pallet. The workpiece is detachably mountable to the pallet. The rotatable plate is movable with respect to the pallet. The pallet is movable along a pallet carriage. A screw is movably mounted within the screw housing and the screw housing is connected to the pallet. A driver is attached to the screw and moves the screw within the screw housing and the driver operates to engage the screw and move the pallet in a linear direction to and from the machine table.

Detection Device and Method For Detecting Workpiece
A detection device for detecting a workpiece with multiple surfaces includes a rotary table carrying the workpiece and moving the workpiece by rotation and a plurality of photographing devices arranged at a plurality of different positions around the rotary table. Each photographing device has an image capture device capturing an image of a corresponding surface of the workpiece that is moved to the image capture device. An orientation of the image capture device is defined by a first offset angle and a second offset angle when the image capture device captures the image of the corresponding surface of the workpiece.
Detection Device and Method For Detecting Workpiece
A detection device for detecting a workpiece with multiple surfaces includes a rotary table carrying the workpiece and moving the workpiece by rotation and a plurality of photographing devices arranged at a plurality of different positions around the rotary table. Each photographing device has an image capture device capturing an image of a corresponding surface of the workpiece that is moved to the image capture device. An orientation of the image capture device is defined by a first offset angle and a second offset angle when the image capture device captures the image of the corresponding surface of the workpiece.
HANDLING DEVICE
A handling device for transferring workpieces includes a workpiece carrier arranged to receive workpieces and a rotatable workpiece-conveying apparatus arranged to receive the workpieces from the workpiece carrier in a first angular position and to transfer the workpieces to a storage station in a second angular position. The workpiece-conveying apparatus includes an axis of rotation, a first linearly displaceable feed element and a second linearly displaceable feed element, intersecting the first feed element at the axis of rotation and simultaneously actuatable with the first feed element. The apparatus also includes first and second non-rotatable linear actuators. The first and second feed elements have end pieces, each arranged for direct interaction with the workpiece and a respective linear actuator. The feed elements may intersect at an angle of 90°. The first feed element may have a straight shape and the second feed element may have an offset shape.
DETACHABLE PARTS HOLDER
The present disclosure includes a shaft and spindle assembly for retaining a part in a part processing assembly. The part is retained on the shaft via a downward force from a part hold-down assembly. The shaft is retained in the spindle assembly that is coupled to a turntable of the part processing assembly. The shaft includes an annular step that abuts against a portion of the spindle assembly to block downward movement of the shaft when the downward force is applied. In this way, the part is retained in a precise location relative to processing nozzles of the part processing assembly even after multiple parts are held down by the part hold-down assembly and processed.

The present disclosure includes a shaft and spindle assembly for retaining a part in a part processing assembly. The part is retained on the shaft via a downward force from a part hold-down assembly. The shaft is retained in the spindle assembly that is coupled to a turntable of the part processing assembly. A system for loading and unloading piece-carrying containers (C) in an industrial plant, comprising: a station (2) for loading and unloading said containers; a workstation (3) to which the loaded containers are brought and at which the pieces are taken from said containers; and a turret (6), which can turn about a vertical axis and is designed to exchange with one another a first container in said workstation and a second container in said loading and unloading station, through a predetermined movement of rotation of said turret, said system being characterized in that, in order to carry out said exchange of said first and second containers, said turret is configured for lifting said first and second containers so as to release them and pick them up from said stations.

WOOD DOOR SLAB PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND RELATED METHODS
A workpiece processing system is provided that includes a first carousel rotary conveyor associated with a first plurality of stations through which workpieces are successively rotationally conveyed, a second carousel rotary conveyor associated with a second plurality of stations through which the workpieces are successively rotationally conveyed, and an inter-carousel transport configured to selectively operate in a first mode and a second mode. In the first mode, the inter-carousel transport is operable to successively transfer the workpieces from the first carousel rotary conveyor to the second carousel rotary conveyor. In the second mode, the inter-carousel transport is operable to successively reorient the workpieces of a selected one of the first carousel rotary conveyor or the second carousel rotary conveyor by approximately 180 degrees of rotation for further successive rotational conveyance of the workpieces through the stations associated with the selected first or second carousel rotary conveyor.
