The invention discloses a multiple-spindle full-automatic vertical machining center, which comprises an actuator, a lathe bed, a feeding area, a tooling area, a machining area and a tool changer area. The actuator comprises a ram, a saddle and a sliding table, the feeding area crosses the lathe bed, and the feeding area and the tool changer area are respectively located on two opposite sides of the machining area, the feeding area is located at a forefront end of the machining center, and the actuator moves above the feeding area, the tooling area, the machining area and the tool changer area. Compared with the prior art, a conveyor belt is arranged in front of the whole machine tool and crosses the machine tool, a length of the conveyor belt may be increased or decreased as required, and by increasing the length of the conveyor belt, more raw materials and finished parts may be stored, so labor is saved.
AUTOMATIC FIXTURE REPLACEMENT MECHANISM FOR MACHINE TOOL
Automatic fixture replacement mechanism for machine tool, wherein includes multiple sets of fixtures for installing work pieces to be processed and a movable manipulator for loading fixture; the movable manipulator is installed on a two-dimensional movable mechanism; the movable manipulator is provided with a pull nail that is fastened to the clamp and the fixture is provided with a pin hole matching with the pin. For batch processing of a large number of work pieces with multiple fixtures, the use of movable manipulator to automatically install and unload fixtures can greatly improve the efficiency of processing. HANDLING TOOL
A handling tool for reorienting a workpiece in an interior of a CNC machine has a gripper assembly connected to a turret in the interior of the CNC machine. The gripper assembly is movable between closed and open positions to grip and release the workpiece and is rotatable about a longitudinal axis to reorient the workpiece in the interior of the CNC machine.

A device is proposed for machining a workpiece using a robot which holds and moves the workpiece, in which the robot has a drive unit which is suitable for fixing the workpiece in a clamping device. AUTOMATIC FEEDING AND DISCHARGING MACHINING SYSTEM
The present invention discloses an automatic loading and unloading processing system including: a material storage assembly, which is used to store workpieces; a positioning mechanism which is arranged on a worktable; and a transport mechanism, which is used to transport the workpiece to be processed from on the material storage assembly to on the positioning mechanism and transport the processed workpiece into the material storage assembly, wherein the material storage assembly includes: a material tray; a plurality of fixing bases; a motion mechanism; and a plurality of tooling sub-boards for fixing the workpiece, and the tooling sub-boards are fixed on the fixing base, and the motion mechanism controls the movement of the material tray so that the position of the tooling sub-boards corresponds to the position of the transport mechanism; and the transport mechanism includes: an auxiliary jaw loading and unloading system that is arranged at one support end of the worktable to grab the tooling sub-boards and moves along an X axis and/or Y axis of the machining center; and a main spindle jaw loading and unloading system that is arranged on a machining main spindle to grab the tooling sub-boards grabbed by the auxiliary jaw loading and unloading system and moves along the Z axis of the machining center. The present invention realizes the function of automatic loading and unloading, and improves the working efficiency and the consistency of workpiece processing.
FIVE-AXIS VERTICAL PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATIC LOADING AND UNLOADING
The present invention discloses a five-axis vertical machining system with automatic loading and unloading, including a feeding mechanism, a loading mechanism, and a numerical control machine tool. The feeding mechanism is arranged in front of a ram assembly, and the feeding mechanism drives a raw material to move along an X axis and/or a Y axis of the numerical control machine tool; the loading mechanism is fixed on the ram assembly; and the loading mechanism moves along a Z axis of the numerical control machine tool to drive the raw material onto a cradle assembly of the numerical control machine tool. The present invention realizes an automatic loading and unloading function by setting a feeding mechanism capable of automatic feeding and a loading mechanism with automatic loading to cooperate with each other, thereby improving the working efficiency and saving manpower.

A machine tool setup changing method includes mounting a master workpiece onto a tool spindle axis, deforming a gripping part by gripping, with the gripping part of a jig, a mock clamped portion of the master workpiece mounted on the tool spindle axis, and removing the master workpiece from the tool spindle axis and mounting a tool supported on a tool support device onto the tool spindle axis, wherein the workpiece gripped at the clamped portion by the gripping part, which was deformed in accordance with the mock clamped portion, can be machined with the tool.
