A machining apparatus integrates a height milling device, an edge milling device and a hole forming device into a production line. As such, on the single production line, a height milling machining, an edge milling machining, a hole forming machining and so on can be performed on foot bases of a target object, such as an elevated floor, thereby speeding up the production and improving the production efficiency.
MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
A manufacturing system includes a base and multiple work machine modules that are attachable and detachable to and from the base arranged in the arrangement direction on the base or on the side of the base, in which the plurality of work machine modules include one or more processing work modules that perform machine processing work on a workpiece using a tool, and one or more supplementary work modules that perform supplementary work that is work supplementarily performed to the machine processing work. Since it is possible to easily increase and decrease the number of processing work modules and supplementary work modules or sort the modules, it is possible to easily recombine the modules with respect to modification of the manufacturing process.

MULTI-SPINDLE FULLY AUTOMATIC VERTICAL MACHINING CENTER
The invention discloses a multiple-spindle full-automatic vertical machining center, which comprises an actuator, a lathe bed, a feeding area, a tooling area, a machining area and a tool changer area. The actuator comprises a ram, a saddle and a sliding table, the feeding area crosses the lathe bed, and the feeding area and the tool changer area are respectively located on two opposite sides of the machining area, the feeding area is located at a forefront end of the machining center, and the actuator moves above the feeding area, the tooling area, the machining area and the tool changer area. Compared with the prior art, a conveyor belt is arranged in front of the whole machine tool and crosses the machine tool, a length of the conveyor belt may be increased or decreased as required, and by increasing the length of the conveyor belt, more raw materials and finished parts may be stored, so labor is saved.
ASSEMBLING EQUIPMENT
An assembling equipment for performing asynchronous process on a first workpiece and a second workpiece. The assembling equipment includes a base and a conveying mechanism on the base. The conveying mechanism transports a first positioning assembly carrying a first workpiece and a second positioning assembly carrying a second workpiece to a first station synchronously, and a first attaching mechanism attaches a first component to the first workpiece at the first station. Then the conveying mechanism transports the first positioning assembly and the second positioning assembly to a second station synchronously, a second attaching mechanism attaches a second component to the second workpiece, and a first processing mechanism processes first workpiece that has been attached with the first component according to a preset requirement at the same time. The assembling equipment improves efficiency of production.
ASSEMBLING EQUIPMENT
An assembling equipment is for attaching a component to a workpiece. The assembling equipment includes a platform, a conveying mechanism, a first attaching mechanism, a film removing mechanism, and a second attaching mechanism. The conveying mechanism transports a positioning assembly carrying a workpiece to a first station. The first attaching mechanism attaches a first component with a protective film to the workpiece at the first station. The conveying mechanism transports the positioning assembly to a second station, and the film removing mechanism at the second station removes the protective film from the workpiece. The conveying mechanism transports the positioning assembly to a third station. The second attaching mechanism at the third station attaches a second component to the first component on the workpiece to be connected together. The assembling equipment reduces manual labor intensity and labor costs and improves efficiency of production and the product quality.
AUTOMATIC FEEDING AND DISCHARGING MACHINING SYSTEM
The present invention discloses an automatic loading and unloading processing system including: a material storage assembly, which is used to store workpieces; a positioning mechanism which is arranged on a worktable; and a transport mechanism, which is used to transport the workpiece to be processed from on the material storage assembly to on the positioning mechanism and transport the processed workpiece into the material storage assembly, wherein the material storage assembly includes: a material tray; a plurality of fixing bases; a motion mechanism; and a plurality of tooling sub-boards for fixing the workpiece, and the tooling sub-boards are fixed on the fixing base, and the motion mechanism controls the movement of the material tray so that the position of the tooling sub-boards corresponds to the position of the transport mechanism; and the transport mechanism includes: an auxiliary jaw loading and unloading system that is arranged at one support end of the worktable to grab the tooling sub-boards and moves along an X axis and/or Y axis of the machining center; and a main spindle jaw loading and unloading system that is arranged on a machining main spindle to grab the tooling sub-boards grabbed by the auxiliary jaw loading and unloading system and moves along the Z axis of the machining center. The present invention realizes the function of automatic loading and unloading, and improves the working efficiency and the consistency of workpiece processing.
PRODUCTION SYSTEM, PRODUCTION MODULE, METHOD FOR OPERATING AND SETTING UP A PRODUCTION LINE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A WORKPIECE
The underlying invention relates in particular to a production module for a production line which is modularly populatable with production modules. In embodiments, provision is made whereby the production module comprises at least one manipulator unit with which a workpiece or a workpiece component is, during the production process, transferable between a deposit position and a production position in the production space of a production module which, for the execution of a production step, is positioned directly downstream in a production direction (R) along the production line.

A workpiece conveying apparatus for a pressing machine includes an arm unit including: a first arm; a second arm; a workpiece holding portion configured to hold a workpiece; a first arm drive mechanism; and a second arm drive mechanism. A pipe or the like arranged on an outer side of a second joint is supported at one side thereof by the first arm, and is supported at another side thereof by the second arm. When the first arm and the second arm are bent and stretched between a folded state and an extended state for workpiece conveyance, the pipe or the like is deformed utilizing a holding angle between the first arm and the second arm so that the pipe or the like is arranged so as to prevent swing of the pipe or the like about the second joint at the time of the workpiece conveyance.
