WOOD DECK SANDING TOOL
A sanding wheel that may be used, e.g., to finish a wood deck, includes one or more risers. Each riser includes an angled face and a cross member, and the angled face and cross member define a slot therebetween. The retaining or fastening clip includes a retaining spring, and the fastening clip is received on the angled face of the riser with the retaining spring extending into the slot. The blade has an abrasive on a first end and an aperture at a second end, the aperture being defined by a shoulder about the aperture. The second end of the blade extends into the slot with the retaining spring of the fastening clip engaging the shoulder. The slot and the retaining spring are configured to mechanically lock the blade to the riser and the base.
Brushing machine for producing vintage-style lumber, vintage-style lumber, and method for producing vintage-style lumber
[Problem] To address the problem of conventional old wood texture or antique taste boards which lack natural looking worn effects and present an appearance of an artificial treatment applied thereto. [Solution] Unlike a conventional configuration in which the rotary shaft of a roll brush is simply and fixedly arranged parallel to the wood grains of a board to which surface treatment is applied or the painted surface where paint is applied to the wood grains, the rotary shaft may be obliquely set to any angle including a right angle, and may be rotationally driven at high speed at a given inclined angle relative to the horizontal surface of the board along a left to right direction of the roll brush. This makes different “contact strength” of a roll brush such as a metal brush obliquely applied to each right and left end of the board, thereby causing the inclined roll brush to peel off the wood grains or the painted surface where paint is applied to the wood grains with difference strengths for each end of the board. This makes it possible to implement “uzukuri” (brushing process) with different designs presented along a left to right direction of the board.

Device for removing the knots of moso bamboo
The invention discloses a slub removing device for bamboo processing, which includes a machine body. The machine body is provided with a working cavity, the top wall of the working cavity is provided with a connecting space, the top wall of the connecting space is provided with a grinding cavity. First, the bamboo is inserted between the pressing plate and the butt joint plate. Compared with manual grinding, the device does not need workers to scrape the branches and scrape the bamboo with a sickle. The device only needs to insert the bamboo into the device, and then automatically polish and remove the branches and scraped branches and bamboo chips through the mechanical structure. At the same time, the device can automatically scrape the branches and bamboo chips Discharge the device without manual operation.

Machine and Method for Machining Workpieces of Wood, Plastic Material and the Like
With the machine, workpieces are machined as they pass through the machine. At least one of the spindles of the machine is coupled with an adjusting unit with which the spindle, for producing a contour on the workpiece, can be adjusted transverse to the throughfeed direction of the workpiece during workpiece throughfeed. The adjustment of the adjusting unit is realized as a function of the advancing speed of the workpiece and/or the workpiece position upon throughfeed of the workpiece. The adjusting unit has such a stiffness and/or low clearance and/or positioning precision that the end products machined from the workpieces after exiting from the machine can be used without further post-machining. The end products have such a geometry precision and surface quality that further post-machining is no longer required.
