Two Stage Stainless Steel Media Sifter
The present technology provides a product and process for efficiently separating ammunition casings from polishing media, preferably stainless steel pins, used in a cleaning process. A two stage sifting apparatus has first and second containers capable of nesting together. The upper first container has a bottom surface and sidewalls extending upwardly therefrom to an upper opening. The bottom surface has a plurality of openings smaller than the ammunition casings but larger than the polishing media. Through manipulation of the sifting apparatus, the polishing media escapes through the openings in the bottom surface of the first container and is retained in the second container. The containers are then separable, with the first container holding the casings and the second container holding the polishing media. Thereby, both the casings and the polishing media can be efficiently separated for re-use in the future, saving time and money.

IMPROVED VIBROBLASTING METHOD AND RELATIVE MACHINE
A method for vibroblasting surfaces using a vibroblasting machine, said vibroblasting machine being equipped with at least one toroidal shaped process vat (50) which is set in a rotary motion and is suitable for containing workpieces whose surfaces are subjected to a vibroblasting processing, said method including a phase of inputting fine particles belonging to a sandblasting media into said process vat (50) to proceed with a sandblasting action of the surfaces of the workpieces being processed, and a phase of evacuation of said fine particles, characterized in that the phase of inputting fine particles belonging to the sandblasting media into said process vat (50) occurs from top to bottom or tangentially to the circumference of said process vat (50) and to the surface of the vibrating mass (75) of the workpieces and of the media.

BARREL POLISHING APPARATUS
A barrel polishing apparatus has a barrel tank. The barrel tank includes a cylindrical fixed tank having a center axis and a rotary disk provided to cover a bottom portion of the fixed tank and rotatable about the center axis. The barrel polishing apparatus further includes a tilting mechanism. The tilting mechanism has a tilting shaft extending in a horizontal direction to tilt the barrel tank around the tilting shaft. The tilting shaft is disposed closer to the upper edge of the fixed tank than a centroidal line extending parallel to the tilting shaft and passing through the center of gravity of the barrel tank when viewed from a direction parallel to an extending direction of the tilting shaft.
Vibratory Grinding Device
A vibratory grinding device has a work container and a grinding body removal device by which grinding bodies can be led out of the work container.

Polishing device and polishing method
A polishing device includes a processing vessel into which workpieces are charged, a fluidizing unit that fluidizes the workpieces in the processing vessel, an abrasive-feeding unit that feeds an abrasive into the workpieces, and a suction unit that generates an air flow in a direction in which the abrasive passes through the processing vessel, and recovers the abrasive by suction. The abrasive fed from the abrasive-feeding unit is allowed to pass between the workpieces charged into the processing vessel by the air flow generated from the suction unit while coming into contact with the workpieces. Accordingly, the workpieces are polished.
