The support body (10) and the abrasive element (20) provide, at respective engagement surfaces (15,25), mutual engagement members of removable type (16,26) configured to move from an engagement position to a disengagement position by rotating about a rotational axis (110) in a first sense of rotation e, from the disengagement position to the engagement position, by rotating about the rotational axis (110) in a second sense of rotation opposite to the first one. The apparatus furthermore, comprises a displacement device (40) for moving the support body (10) in the space according to at least 1 degree of freedom. The apparatus (1), furthermore, provides at least a removal station (101) for removing an abrasive element (20) from the support body (10), or at least an application station (102) for engaging an abrasive element (20) to the support body (10).

A portable grinding tool includes a casing structure and a drive unit. The casing structure includes a main body part defining a first axis, and a grip part extending from the main body part along a second axis. The drive unit is mounted to the main body part and includes a rotating shaft for outputting rotational kinetic energy, the rotating shaft has an output section that extends along the first axis and passes out through the main body part. The output section and the grip part cooperate to define an angle included therebetween and ranging between 95 and 135 degrees.

Abrasive for the production of a grinding tool, grinding tool and method for operating a grinding tool of this type

A grinding tool (1) has a replaceable abrasive (4). A grinding layer (9) of the abrasive (4) faces a drive shaft (2) of the grinding tool (1). This enables a grinding of a workpiece (W) while exerting a tensile force (F). Surface areas (O) of the workpiece (W) facing away from a processor may thus be processed easily and flexibly.

Quick Clamping Device

A quick clamping device for positioning an accessory device on a hand-held power tool such as an angle grinder. The quick clamping device includes a drive output unit for moving the accessory device about a drive output axis of the drive output unit. The quick clamping device further includes a retaining unit for retaining the accessory device on the hand-held power tool. The retaining unit has a retaining element. The retaining unit has a retaining parameter which changes in a retaining state, in particular in the event of a transition from a retaining state to a clamping state.

Oscillating tool

An oscillating tool includes a housing, a motor housed in the housing and a clamp assembly operatively driven by the motor in an oscillating motion. The clamp assembly can hold an accessory such as a blade or sanding attachment, and the clamp assembly includes a first clamp and a second clamp. The oscillating tool also includes a clamp lever and an actuating lever. The clamp lever is operatively coupled to the first clamp to move the first clamp such that clamp assembly is moved from a closed position to an open position. The actuating lever is operatively coupled to the clamp lever to effect movement of the clamp lever, movement of the clamp lever causing the clamp assembly to move from the closed position to the open position.

Tool device

The invention relates to a tool device which is suitable for use with a machine tool, in particular a hand guided machine tool, having a driving device moving, in particular in an oscillating manner, around a driving axis. The tool device has an attachment device which allows it to be fastened on a machine tool such that its driving axis and an axis of rotation of the tool substantially coincide. The attachment device, for absorbing the driving force, has at least two driving area regions, which are spaced apart from said tool axis of rotation and each has a plurality of surface points. The tangent planes to said surface-area points are inclined in regard to an axial plane, which encloses the tool axis of rotation. Furthermore, said tangent planes are inclined regard to a radial plane which extends perpendicularly to the tool axis of rotation. This means that the torque introduced into the tool device by the machine tool, via the driving device, is reliably absorbed.

Electric tool

Included are: a clamp configured to switch between a mounting state in which a tip tool is mounted and a releasing state in which the tip tool is removed; a clamp moving portion configured to move between a first position at which the clamp is in the mounting state and a second position at which the clamp is in the releasing state; a clamp urging portion configured to urge the clamp moving portion to the first position; a case accommodating at least a part of each of the clamp, the clamp moving portion, and the clamp urging portion; a retaining portion configured to retain the clamp moving portion at the second position; and a mounting operation portion configured to receive mounting operation for switching the clamp from the releasing state to the mounting state. When the mounting operation portion receives the mounting operation, the retaining portion cancels retaining of the clamp moving portion at the second position.

Oscillating tool

A clamp arrangement for securing an accessory to an oscillating power tool can include a clamp assembly including a first clamp member that moves relative to the accessory between a closed position wherein the clamp assembly retains the accessory and an open position wherein the first clamp is offset from the accessory permitting removal of the first accessory from the clamp assembly. The clamp assembly can further comprise a second clamp member having a first portion that opposes the first clamp member and cooperates with the first clamp member to clamp the accessory between the first and second clamp members. An attachment plate can carry the clamp assembly. The attachment plate can have a first mating detail formed thereon that is configured to selectively and removably mate with a complementary second mating detail on the power tool in an assembled position.
