In an embodiment the treatment machine comprises: a blast gun for directing a pressurised blast stream of abrasive particles in a blast direction; mounting means for securing the worktool such that a rotational axis of the worktool is radially offset from the blast direction by an offset distance, and wherein control of the offset distance between the blast direction and the rotational axis adjusts the K factor of the cutting edge.
