Adapter for intraosseous needle assembly
An adapter is provided which allows an external driving tool to drive a driven tool such as an intraosseous needle assembly, where the external driving tool would otherwise be incompatible with the needle assembly. The adapter includes a driver connector having a bore, where the bore is to receive an external driver of the external driving tool. The adapter further includes a driver attached to the driver connector. A cross-sectional shape of the bore is different than a cross-sectional shape of the attached driver. The attached driver includes resilient legs which assist in securing the adapter to the needle assembly. The resilient legs may include protuberances to secure the adapter.
Anti-slip Fastener Remover Tool
An anti-slip fastener remover tool includes a torque-tool body, a plurality of paired engagement features, and a plurality of intersection points. The plurality of paired engagement features that grips the lateral surface of the stripped fastener head is radially positioned around a rotation axis of the torque-tool body. The torque-tool body is inwardly extended from an outer wall of the torque-tool body to the plurality of paired engagement features. Each paired engagement feature is offset by 30 degrees, comprising a first engagement feature and a second engagement feature. The first engagement feature and the second engagement feature each comprise a bracing section, a cavity section, and a connector section. The cavity sections of the first and second engagement features are adjacently connected to each other. The bracing sections of the first and second engagement feature are oppositely positioned about the cavity sections of the first and second engagement features.
Fastener Retention and Anti-Camout Tool Bit
A tool bit with a surface layer metallurgically bonded on a substrate layer using electrospark deposition (ESD) that allows the tool bit to reduce camout and engage a fastener head for one-handed starting and removal. The surface layer has a rougher finish, compared to conventional tool bits, and therefore better grips engagement surfaces of a mating recess of the fastener during use. The reduction of camout provides greater durability to the tool bit and resists erosion and wear of the engagement surfaces of the fastener.
Multi-function tool
A multi-function tool. The multi-function tool includes a first socket body having a first sidewall defining a first socket and a second socket, the first socket body being aligned with a first axis. The multi-function tool also includes a second socket body having a second sidewall defining a third socket, the second socket body being aligned with a second axis that is substantially parallel to the first axis. The first socket body is connected to the second socket body by a bridge.
Wallet
A wallet includes a first shell with one or more openings on a shell perimeter adapted to clip one or more objects to the one or more openings; and a second shell coupled to the first shell, the second shell including a storage compartment; and first and second rails on each side of the second metal shell to slideably receive one or more cards in the storage compartment.
TOOL BIT HAVING A BIMETAL TIP
A tool bit includes a drive portion configured to be selectively coupled to a tool. The drive portion is composed of a first material. The tool bit includes a working end portion having a shape configured to correspond with a recess of a fastener for the working end portion to engage and drive the fastener. The working end portion includes a first segment and a second segment. The first segment is located between the second segment and the drive portion. The first segment is composed of the first material. The second segment is fixed to the first segment at a connection interface. The second segment is composed of a second material different than the first material.
Screwdriver head and method for manufacturing the same
The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a screwdriver head, the screwdriver head including a head portion for being inserted into a slot of a screw head and a basal body for supporting the head portion; the manufacturing method including: providing the screwdriver head made of a first metal material; preparing alloying coating; coating the alloying coating on the surface of the head portion of the screwdriver head; conducting laser surface alloying treatment on the surface of the head portion coated with the alloying coating to form an alloyed layer; and conducting low temperature tempering treatment on the screwdriver head after the laser surface alloying treatment. The present invention further discloses a screwdriver head, the surface of the position at which the head portion of the screwdriver head contacts with the slot of the screw head is provided with an alloyed layer formed through the laser surface alloying treatment. The screwdriver head manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention has high rigidity and high abrasive resistance in the head portion and high tenacity in other portions, thereby prolonging the service life.
Multi-grip screw apparatus
A screw bit body allows for efficient torque force application onto a socket fastener. The screw bit body includes a plurality of laterally-bracing sidewalls, a first base, and a second base. The laterally-bracing sidewalls are radially distributed about a rotation axis of the screw bit body with each further including a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a bracing surface, and an engagement cavity. The engagement cavity creates an additional gripping point to prevent slippage in between the screw bit body and the socket fastener. The engagement cavity traverses normal and into the bracing surface. Additionally, the engagement cavity traverses into the screw bit body from the first base to the second base. The engagement cavity is specifically positioned offset from the first lateral edge by a first distance.
PROSTHETIC DENTAL SCREW IMPLANT, TIGHTENING TOOL AND COUPLING SYSTEM BETWEEN THE TWO
Dental prosthetic screw, tightening tool and coupling system firstly refers to a screw for retaining and fixing a dental element in a dental implant, said dental element being able to be any component that preferably aims to support a dental structure or dental prosthesis, preferably machined or laser sintered or laser sintered and re-machined or machined by CAD/CAM, and even the structure itself or dental prosthesis. Therefore, different components are used in the manufacture of prostheses on dental implants in human implantology, requiring said components to be retained and fixed to the dental implant by means of screws on the implant. Moreover, the invention relates to a screwdriver or tightening tool compatible with said dental screw and a tightening or coupling system formed by the two.
